I had a laptop that slid of my bed and broke where the AC power is contected to the laptop. I looked online and Monitor King came up as they had on their website this exact problem they can fix. Its close by to work so I bus my way over and drop of the laptop. I think they charged me $140 and it worked for a few seconds and cut off. Back on the bus I go an drop it off to them and they said they needed to buy a part and charged me a further $70. Already $200 spent on a laptop that is work $450. I get home and it does not work at all. I call the store and explain how angry i am as its not working and i have to bus out each time they mess up. So they drove to my work, picked up the laptop and then brought it back which was great. I got home and the power did work BUT the whole Keyboard had stopped working. At this point I am down $200 and my laptop will not type and I just give up! They clearly have no idea what they are doing unless its a piece of scrap computer from 1995. I wouldnt waste my time with this place again.
