Took my gaming PC in because of BSOD and had it repaired within the same week that I brought it in. He's very confident in what he does which lead to me feeling better after I dropped it off. His prices are more than fair in this type of work and he's professional and willing to answer any questions you have. He's definitely the #1 guy to go to in Nanaimo or even on the island for computer repairs. I am more than satisfied with the customer service that he has provided.

We are an Apple household and it's very difficult to find someone in Nanaimo who really knows his way around Apple products the way Mike does. So far, he's fixed and/or performed software and hardware upgrades on three of our MacPros and an iMac. All work done on time and for a reasonable cost. Mike was open to looking at repairing my laptop that other repair shops would not even consider looking at. Mike was able to find a solution and fixed my laptop! The repair was done quickly and he even fixed a secondary repair that I had caused while trying to take the laptop apart. We were very pleased with Mike’s services and would def go there again. We gave him a difficult problem - a “few years old” gaming laptop ravaged by kids that couldn’t be turned on, had a broken power port and no stickers or info on it’s model #. He was able to figure it all out based on clues from the interior and order the part! Smart! The cord also had an issue and he fixed that. It’s working great! After my computer crashed I was referred by a friend to bring my laptop to Mikero computers. I had the best and most efficient service. I was so scared of losing all my work, they took a look and they assured me they wouldn't let that happen. The next afternoon they called and I picked up my laptop. Running better then ever with all my files. Not only did they educate me on a few things. They offered a solution so this wouldn't happen again. The cost was extremely fair and as a matter of fact, I was so impressed I took my mother's laptop in and they were able to refurbish it at half the cost of anywhere else.
