With all the normal file recovery steps exhausted, I didn't have high hopes, but Mark worked so diligently on my machine and was able to recover it. His rate was more than reasonable (less than half of what Staples quoted me) and his service was fast and impeccable. I won't take my computer anywhere else after this!
