Excellent and very fast service. Something happened to my Windows Surface laptop that prevented Windows 10 from booting up, and Derek fixed it overnight for only $80. He was upfront about the price, initially quoting $60 and then texted me to ask if I wanted my hard drive inspected for an extra $20. No hidden fees! I could not be happier because I was looking at sending my laptop to Microsoft, which would have cost me up to $800.

I opened my Macbook Pro one day to find that it wouldn't turn on. I called Kingsway Computers and told Derek about the problem, and he was able to essentially diagnose it on the phone. My computer was fixed quickly, properly, and at a fair price. Derek is very kind and knowledgable. I'll definitely come back here if I ever have any computer related issues in the future.

Last year, I remember Derek helped me and giving me knowledge of installing an internal SSD. Today, I just asked him for advice on me upgrading a macbook pro 2012, was gonna drop $300 on an internal ssd/battery but after talking to him -- he said there's no point me upgrading, need a new video graphic card that my laptop can't hold -- I would be wasting my money. Highly recommend! My laptop died and won't turn on, so I brought it over and hope that it is fixable. Since it is quite old, I thought my best hope was to recover the data and buy a new one. Reasonably priced, honest, and good service. Derek even met us at the shop after shop closing hours to deliver my macbook back. He replaced the hard drive and ram, and even went the extra distance to remove all Malware. My 2011 computer now runs like new again, and I am ready to get back to recording music. Derek said cheapest computer he had was 150. When I brought my old one in he called and said it was faster than his. He replaced the hard drive and transferred all my data from the old one plus downloaded Microsoft office all for 120. It is nice to find an honest retailer.

Derek was able to fix my issues by upgrading my RAM, upgrading my processor, and I also had Derek install WIndows 10. He had my computer ready for pick up the next day. First time I went here I brought parts in to have my computer built for me. It was reasonably priced, done well with great cord management! Already was plenty happy. I ended up having troubles with my computer and thought I'd come back to then to see what was wrong. But this was after I already went to 2 other places that weren't as good at identifying it. Not only have they fixed my issue, but he went above and beyond helping me! Willingly texted me in off hours about the situation to setup a phone call to go over it. Then proceeded to go in on his day off to resolve it, and wait for me to drive over and pick it up! Absolutely went above and beyond and quite reasonably priced compared to competitors.

Fast forward 3 days later, my computer crashed and I needed my data recovered. Derek was able to accommodate me and recover my data within a day.
