At first Gary was a friendly welcoming eager businessman. We spoke in person which was cordial but after 2 email where I was asking for specific detail about components in the computer I was going to purchase; Gary stopped responding. Today March 9 2020 I went to the store to find out what happened. Gary confirmed that he wasted enough time on this sale (because I asked for details) and that he wasn't interested in talking to me nor selling me a computer. In fact Gary told me to go elsewhere. What a rude way of doing business. Such a disrespectful business owner. I won't forget this Gary. I decided to purchase a computer (2000$ later) from Spitfire Computers. Do not do business with disrespectful business owners who are not transparent and are unwilling to give detail about the products they sell. No reason to hide anything if prices are appropriate and not trying to scam people. Go to Spitfire Computers for a better experience and better products.

Been trying to build this bad boy for 2 weeks. Salvaging parts and assembling them. Finally was stuck in one place. It was very difficult to find a computer shop who would do the exact specific part of the build. However, in Jostoc Computers I wasn't just able to get solution over the phone, but when I was stuck, I was helped to finish my build in a reasonable price for a student.

Only place I'll buy a Windows computer from and only place I'll let fix my computer. Have bought 3 desktops and 3 laptops from (so far) including a very tidy and well built gaming rig. Always very helpful and patient, every time. Honest business people. Yes they're a little more expensive but you get their help, which is far more valuable. I have no hesitation coming to them with an issue. I recommend to everyone every time.

Bought my own replacement screen for my laptop and brought it here for an installation. They gave me a great price for the work, and finished the job very quickly (same-day, within a couple hours). I had to bus a fair distance out of my way to go here, but a friend had recommended them and assured me that they would not overcharge or muck about with my computer and I was not disappointed! If my PC should need repairs again, I know where I'm going.

If you're a know nothing when it comes to computers these guys are amazing, they talk to you like a normal human and not some brain dead mouth breather. When my ~$3000 Asus ROG wet the bed they did everything in their power to revive her until calling time of death. Definitely recommend these folks to anyone in search of a rig of any kind.

I've been a lifetime Mac user and use them daily for my mobile devices and desktops at work. After watching enough videos about PC building I go the bug and wanted to try it out for myself to build a gaming/3D modelling rig. I had everything picked out on PC part picker - but I wanted to use the new Ryzen 5-3600 series chip and was worried about needing a Bios update and general compatibility issues of my list that I might not know. I reached out to Gary at the store - gave him my list of what I thought I wanted and asked him to check it over and was willing to order everything through Josto for peace of mind and supporting a local business. His prices were very reasonable considering shipping and the many different sites I would have had to buy from in order to compile all the parts, and everything was shipped in store the next day after ordering which was much faster than most shipping options for all components other than Amazon (which had higher prices on some parts anyways). He made some suggestions and we changed out the motherboard to one that fit my needs, and offered to flash the Bios for free for me if I ran into a no-post situation (which it did and he flashed it for me the next day after the build in a morning). Well worth shopping locally - I'll be back for more in the future.

Took our older laptop in because it wouldn't do anything, Josto diagnosis, hard drive done. Josto fixed it, updated the windows, cleaned it up. Had to go back because we had an small issue. No fault of their's! Spent time fixed our problem, computer now runs quicker and better than when new. Also looked at my tablet and diagnosed the problem at no cost. Good service, definitely return.

Made my computer even faster and upgraded a part for me for no extra charge "If I get a deal you get a deal" I'm getting everything done by these people. *edit* The five stars was just for the customer service, which continues to be phenomenal. But the computer they gave me by far exceeds all my expectations. I don't think I could have done a better job for less money with years of practice. The warranty adds a lot of peace of mind too. Couldn't be happier.

Great experience today! The manager, Dustin, went above and beyond helping me upgrade my PC and make a Franken-machine for my partner. Dustin stayed behind for over an hour after closing and spent some of his free time ensuring I went home with my new computer. The poor guy’s wife stopped by at closing and he still stayed, kept his word and I was gaming that evening. -10/10 will return for further services.

Mixed feelings.. On one had the guys in here are great super friendly, personable and knowledgeable. But on the other selling gpus for wayyyyy above msrp is just wrong went in for a card a while back got quoted 2000 dollars for a card that msrps for around 680.... I bought it off a scalper on ebay for 1300. I was a loyal customer when the previous owner had the store but I struggle to go back after this last experience. I build a lot of custom computers for myself and others and I have never gouged that much before there is no need.

The first picture is of the computer I put on layaway. it was supposed to have a 3080 ftw in it they sold that card and put a 3070ti in it not what I ordered at all, then when my wife picked it up for me they did not give her the power cord or the antennas for the wifi or any of the manuals for it? When I went back in when they opened on a Monday morning I got the power cord but no antennas for the wifi. ???? I had to order them from Amazon because they couldn't get any in ???????? will I get a computer from them again NO!!!! Will I recommend josco computers NO!!! I just built a computer for my nephew for his birthday and I drove all the way to Langley BC memory express.ca just so I wouldn't have to deal with josco computers in Kamloops BC One the plus side the computer works from josco at least it has one plus side

My Acer laptop battery was not charging so I decided to try Josto Computers instead of my previous computer store (which had taken almost a week to fix an issue I was having with this laptop). I arrived at Josto before their opening hour of 8:00am, the store was open early, and had my laptop charging at Josto within 10 minutes of entering the store.
