We gave our 1 year old computer to them to have fixed when it was acting as though it was infected with a virus and 6 months later after much difficulty trying to communicate/reach them, they have not fixed our computer and have not replied to our calls or messages! I would say they are a complete scam, and we have lost our computer for good... but am surprised to see other good reviews? Update 1 year later - still have received no communication from them and have not seen our computer since we handed it over to them a year ago.
