Went in for a sim card. Got everything set up. Left the store and no data, sim was unregistered. What were you doing for 20 minutes while I waited Mario? Store is closed on sundays, and had to leave on Monday before you opened. Now I have no phone for a week. Useless.

The people that work at this store are crooks. When I ordered a phone three weeks ago I asked if there would be any additional charges I would have to pay. The clerk confirmed that the only costs would be the phone and the protection plan if I wanted it. I placed the order but when I went into pick it up, I was told that my account would be charged $30 and I would have to pay $20 in store. I asked why this cost was so high considering that I was purchasing the phone outright. I was told that if this was the case then my account wouldn't be charged the $30. When I asked why I wasn't told of this cost when I ordered the phone, I was told that it "only came into effect" in the last week. I'm sorry, but you should have still be able to anticipate these charges. I payed for the phone expecting to see the $20 in store fee on my bill but was shocked when I checked my receipt and saw they had charged me $50. When I returned to the store to let them know they had made a mistake, they told me that that was merely their fee for the transaction. In this entire transaction I was lied to twice about what the cost of my new phone would be. Never trust anything you are told by staff at The Phone Store. This was the worst customer service experience I have had in years.

My son's phone was not working when we were in Banff last week. We went to the Bell kiosk since we are with Bell and received zero service. In fact the young gentleman working there didn't even look us in the eye. He plugged the phone into the charger and said it wasn't working - nothing he could do. When my husband walked by after us and went there he asked if anyone had come by w a broken phone and he said no and then put his headset back on. We walked into the Phone Store and were greeted warmly by Paul. When we told him the issue he said it happens all the time. He cleaned out the charger port and lo and behold the phone started working. He still helped us even though we are not w Telus. Would definitely recommend going there. They are honest as he could have said we needed a new phone. Paul saved the day for us and we are very grateful. Merci. Renée

This place is a mad house. The woman behind the desk claimed she was new, which is understandable but should not be working alone. I'm very upset over the customer service here. While she was helping me she was also helping three different people which was very rude. I've been here for almost an hour just trying to get my phone replaced which should not be hard. Please try to do better!
