Amazing! Came in here for a quick charging port fix on a Samsung, and he ended up just cleaning out the charging port and it was working like brand new again!! Very honest guy. Plus it costed me a lot less than I was expecting... so that’s a bonus for sure. Def go here for any electronic repair needs!!

I visited a research conference at Banff from the UK in August 2019 and the laptop screen got cracked in an accident at the airport. I do need my laptop for work and I therefore wanted to repair it as soon as possible. However, given a short time of my stay in Canada, local computer repair services at Banff refused to take my laptop. I decided to go to Canmore in my desperate search for urgent screen replacement and was very lucky to find Kai there. Kai made careful diagnostics of my laptop, identified all problems (it turned out that, apart from screen replacement, some small parts had to be glued to fix the screen correctly), explained me a timeline and I had my laptop fully repaired very soon! I am very much impressed by the quality of repair service provided by Kai and I strongly recommend Kai to everyone. Natalia

Fantastic! If I could give more stars I would. My phone was completely black and Kai fixed it in about half an hour. He was also super informative and even gave me a case when I asked about one. The price of fixing it was also extremely reasonable.

Amazing service at a price you actually want to pay for genuinely good tech repair! Relocated but still easy to find. Lifted from their fb post: 802 Main Street unit 202, located just off the corner of Main Street, and 7th Avenue, above The Range. Take the entrance on 7th Avenue, directly beside CIL Realty, go up the stairs and then follow the hallway to Unit 202. There's a sign on the left window by the door :D

I never seen before this kind & nice guy in my life. Even though, My English speaking is not good but he is understand and waiting for me. When i visit for repairing my Iphone SE yesterday, I thought my phone problem is mainboard or charing port because, I’m trying to charging my phone at least 10times but it’s not possible. And he found a lot of dust in my charging port.That’s why, I can’t charging at that time. He is honestly let me know the my phone problem. I met a lot of liar who repair guys but he is not. I was in town on vacation and dropped my phone in the snow. The screen was cracked from a previous accident and after the snow mishap it wouldn't work at all. I thought I would need a new phone but with no apple store in town someone recommended Bow Valley Repair. I had a little trouble finding it without my phone/map but so glad I did! Kai had it fixed in less than an hour. He even stayed past his closing time to get it done for me. I very much appreciated the excellent customer service and would recommend this business to anyone needed help with their phone or computer.
