Super fun experience and very friendly owners - the highlight of our trip to Banff! Both my boyfriend and I were new to riding scooters (or any motorized bike/etc.) but the owners made sure we had enough practice before hitting the road. Absolutely no pressure to get it right the first time. They also provide a map that takes you on a path to some breathtaking views. Although the first road you go out on is quite a busy road, once you escape it it’s just hours of 30 km/h, very private roads around the mountain and golf course. The place is conveniently located right by the train station which has tons of free parking space. Highly HIGHLY recommend this as a fun new way to spend your time at Banff! Thanks for the amazing service and experience ! :)

A definite must-do when in Banff! Wonderful experience here over the Canada Day long weekend! The owners are friendly and made me feel comfortable driving the scooter before taking it out on the road. My boyfriend and friends had an amazing time with me scooting around to see the sights. Great service, inexpensive and just a cool way to spend an hour or two.

Do not hesitate! I was nervous to go as I haven't used one before! I was given a lesson and was made to feel comfortable before our time even started. Not only are they super friendly but even took time to escort us to a few spots. Thank you thank you thank you! We had so much fun and can't wait to go again!!!

Owner's are perhaps some of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Super friendly and helpful. The wife was a little nervous at first but he took his time allowing her to get used to the turns and provided helpful suggestions. I would recommend this as a top activity to do in Banff and the only company you should use

Great way to see the mountains. My wife and I each rented a scooter and had an absolute blast. We were able to see the golf course, Lake Minnewanka, and Tunnel Mountain trail all in two and a half hours. There was a herd of elk on the golf course which added to our experience. Great customer service and very friendly. I would definitely rent scooters from Banff Scooter Company again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Banff.

Worst customer service ever when we asked for the price she insisted that we couldn't afford to rent the scooters not to brag but I have enough money to pay for 10 scooters but it's very funny how this woman judge the book by its cover maybe I shouldn't walk into an establishment wearing a sweatsuit

Overall a fantastic experience. When our group arrived in Banff, we were looking for the best possible way to explore the area. Thank goodness we chose to go with Banff Scooter company. The staff were friendly, helpful, and fair with their pricing. For those looking for a unforgettable experience, Banff scooter company will deliver.

What a wonderful experience! My father and I saw these bright orange scooters as we were driving into Banff, and the thought to rent them was a no brainer. The owners are outstandingly nice and understanding. My father hadn't ridden a scooter since he was my age, and they personally went out to make sure he felt safe and knew all the controls. Half way through our 3 hour booking, one of the scooters started to have some trouble - we gave them a call, and they encouraged us to swing on back. They gave us a replacement, no questions asked! Near the end of the reservation, we took a wrong turn, and ended up being 34 minutes late. Even while their policy had a strict "please return on time, or extra charges will incur", they waved it away with a smile! In summary, a wonderful way to explore Banff town and the surrounding area. Their recommends for roads to use and places to go were A+. I can't say enough positive things about this place. The excellent customer service made the experience wonderful. Thank you!

Wow, never saw that coming. My teenage son pleaded with us to let him scooter and it turned out 10x better than we imagined. Great business, great owners, their location is perfect for what we needed. we rode scooters around banff at the end of august on a whim and it was one of our favourite things we did on our trip. It was an amazing and unconventional way to explore the town. The route suggested by the owners takes you past non-stop beautiful views of the surrounding area. Dwayne and Laurie were extremely accommodating, helpful, and patient teaching us how to ride scooters. highly recommend for a perfect way to explore banff, would definitely do again on our next time in town. (Dwayne, THANK YOU for the time you took to teach us how to build a campfire- bringing an ax on our next trip so we can have some kindle at the ready)

We did the 3 hours tour and it was well worth it. (Original) Sehr empfehlenswert! War echt ein toller unvergesslicher Ausflug. Lohnt sich sehr die Umgebung so zu erkunden. Weite Strecken wo man fast alleine unterwegs ist und schöne Stoppmöglichkeiten für Fotos. Wir machten die 3 Stunden Tour und es hat sich sehr gelohnt.

We went here because one person in our group wanted to ride scooters. The owner had the patience of a saint. There was 9 of us. He took the time out to show us all how to ride. He literally spent an hr with our group just on riding a scooter. Then he took us out to the trail point and let us have our fun. He was very helpful and kind. Never disgruntled or negative in any way. Really wanted us to enjoy our time. The route option we chose was of the golf course. It was a scenic view of the mountains and bow falls. Very peaceful route. The price was very reasonable. Again we only booked for an hr but maybe didn’t get back at exactly the hr mark and he did not charge us any extra. If you want a great experience riding around banff for a reasonable price. This is the place to go. Highly recommend and I would do this again the next time I am back. Lovely experience. Pro tip: bring a GoPro some of the Mountain View’s on the trail were great. We just couldn’t record it while driving.

My friend and I rented two scooters for two hours this past Sunday and it was hands down the highlight of our trip to Banff. Dwayne and his wife were so kind and patient with us. Dwayne went above and beyond by not only giving us thorough lessons on the scooters, but he also volunteered to be our tour guide and photographer as we toured around Banff. I would recommend this activity to anyone going to Banff as you will not be disappointed.

The owners are very sweet and knowledgeable about the area, and truly care about all their clients! Customer service was excellent and my fiancé was provided with a lesson before we took the moped out. We were provided with maps, which resulted in an amazingly beautiful scenic drive. Riding the moped through Banff was an experience we’ll never forget, and we’re extremely glad we chose this company to do it with!

Too expensive for the experience. for comparison - I have managed to get a 4*4 SUV for 2 days in jasper for $65; 1 hour 30 mins on the scooter will cost you between $55 / $75 in Banff. although niche still expensive experience comparatively. However, It still matches with the vibe of Banff, so being an expensive experience is given.

I would give more stars if I could. This place has great rates, nice scooters, friendly training for those with little or no experience, and the customer service blew me away. This business earns every customer that walks through the door. I will definitely be recommending to everybody I know, and I’ll be back to ride again.

We had a really amazing experience renting with this company. The owners were so friendly, patient, and accommodating. They made sure we were comfortable riding the scooters before they started charging us for the time that we paid for. We rented the scooters for 1 and half hours and saw Bow Falls and beautiful scenery along a golf course. Thank you Dwayne and Laurie!!!

Me and some friends rented 5 scooters for an hour and a half. It was spur of the moment, but both of the owners were super helpful and patient. Made sure we new what we were doing, gave us some route options, and even some extra stops we could make for some awesome views! Would totally recommend for anyone coming to Banff!

Not only did they give us a great deal on the scooters and teach us how to ride them, they also gave us about a dozen things to do/see while in town. Highly recommend this company, especially for those who aren’t familiar with the area. The owners really helped add a few must do items to our trip that we will remember forever. Renting these scooters is an amazing way to see Banff! This company has very friendly and helpful owners. Not only do they ensure that you are comfortable on the scooters before taking them on the road, but they also provide awesome routes to take them on. My girlfriend and sister had a great time and I had a lot more fun then I expected. When we were done with our rides they also told us about other great things to do in the area. I can honestly say this is some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Highly recommend!
