I recently had my laptop service by Tuan not only is he fast excellent customer service reasonably price honest highly professional businessman I’ve ever dealt with He invited me to his office sat me down make sure I understood what the problem was gave me a recommendation and a quote fixed my computer the same day and came in under his original estimate And also made sure I was aware of his refund policy if I was not happy with my laptops performs he kept me informed every step of the way Sent me confirmation photos of his work while he worked on my laptop and when I got it back even the screen was cleaner than when I sent it in Tuan goes above and beyond for his customers customer satisfaction and service are his specialty highly recommend

I called Tuan because we couldn’t get our 6 yr old PC to update to the latest version of windows 10. It kept crashing and we were afraid of losing our large collection of photos and videos as well as important data. I was able to drop our computer off within the hour and Tuan helped us get everything safely backed up and worked tirelessly on our system giving us excellent advice, answered all our many questions and even gave me over an hour of hands on training. He was a complete pleasure to work with and spent a lot of time at no charge. I would recommend this business to anyone needing some computer help!

Amazing service!!! Hard drive failure, Best Buy quoted $400 to just look at it and up to 1500 if they could possibly get any data, plus it would be sent to Toronto. Tuan was able to not only get some files but ALL of the files for us for minimal cost. He spent far more hours on the job than he charged and I would highly recommend him to anyone! Don’t waste your time and money calling anyone else in town.

He certainly had all the solutions to fix our aged laptop and get it running once again in tip-top shape! From viruses to programs not running properly and a laptop that’s running so slow it’ll barely turn on - we are back in business with everything running as it should again! This fella knows his stuff, he’s extremely personable and also very reasonably priced. Now, I’ve just got to load up a couple of desk top units and get them in to him to be cleaned up, backed up and restored. Tuan gave me fantastic service!! I called him on Sunday, he took my laptop on Monday and i picked it up on Tuesday, better than new! He replaced parts, upgraded programs, cleaned everything and spent way more time on it than he estimated, facetimed me to walk me through the new features, and remains on call for any questions. I had a great experience with Tuan. My hard drive crashed and he worked on it all night long, recovering all my data (despite the severity of the damage to my hard drive) and installed a new hard drive! Got it back to me within 24 hours of dropping it off which was incredible, especially considering it was over the weekend! Made sure to thoroughly explain things to me and all my options after a free diagnosis and before delving into the problem further. In addition, when I went to pick up my computer he went over and above a typical serviceman and not only welcomed me into his house to help me understand the new features but also helped occupy my 3 young boys, setting them up with Netflix and cookies! Highly recommend!!
