My wife and I were recently assisting her mother in the Fort and our laptop had a video card issue and would not work at all. I found Vince and he agreed to have a look. I went over in the evening (yes - he really does that) and he had a quick look and was able to explain fairly clearly what was needed. I left the laptop with him and true to his word the turn around time was less than 24 hours. Not only had he fixed the issue, but he also identified some other areas that he recommended be replaced ( very reasonable cost) and he completed those as well. I had a couple of issues develop since the initial repair and Vince was kind enough in both cases to remote to my desktop and very quickly resolve the issue - at no additional cost. It's awesome when you watch how quick and efficiently he navigates his way around and gets to the heart of the problem. My laptop is working faster than it ever has. I would definitely recommend Vince for any computer issues without any hesitation. Thank you Vince!!

Meanwhile, he was able to fix me up with one of his used, refurbished Dell laptops (for a great price) that suites my needs to a T. Vince even threw in some cables and a docking station - free of charge! Vince is a really personable guy, who seems to have a lot of expertise in the field (which really helps me as I'm close being computer illiterate) and it's nice to have access to a really helpful IT guy right in the neighborhood. Vince also has me set up so that he can remotely trouble-shoot any problems I might have in the future - and that was months ago - so far so good! Thanks for all your help, Vince!

When my little laptop screen cracked and would not light up so I could retrieve my documents, I called Vince's Computer Repair to see if I could get help recovering some documents that I needed almost immediately. Vince was very accommodating and, even though he had other work pending, he invited me to bring it over so he could see what he could do; he even thought he might have a replacement screen around to fix it for me. A less expensive option than replacing the laptop. His quote and timeline for recovering my docs was less than the local competition and faster, I could have it later that afternoon. He then gave me advice on a couple of computer replacement purchase options I was considering and suggested a couple of options through him: replace my laptop screen with a new one he could order or purchase a larger, faster refurbished computer with a 1 yr warranty on the new hard drive. His quote included a significant discount to 1/3 of the cost of the recovery and transfer of my documents with my purchase. The laptop is in like-new condition and works great. WAAAY faster and more responsive than my broken one. I couldn't be happier. Customer service is awesome and it's great to know that he is available if I have questions or need help adjusting to the new computer. AND I got to shop local which I try to do as much as possible (the Fort is not a long drive from anywhere in the region either, Folks) Thanks Vince, you were very helpful at a stressful time for me.
