I recently bought a new Ryzen cpu and had bent some pins on it handling it in the packaging. I knew exactly who to call for help. Dane at Valet Computer Service painstakingly straightened the bent over pins and realigned them to the socket saving me hundreds of dollars. He built my system in short time and offered professional advice with choosing new hard drives, power supply and graphics card. Knowledgeable friendly customer service based Valet Computer Service is my first choice for my tech service needs.

My first public Google review post. I have an old Acer laptop (10 years old, at least) that was giving me some grief and I thought I could fix it on my own. Boy, was I wrong! I completely screwed things up. Thank heavens Dane Martin at Valet Computer Services saved my Outlook emails, my old files, and more importantly, my sanity. I was ready to throw the darn laptop out the window, I was so frustrated! He restored all that was lost. He was able to re-install my Outlook emails as well as, older files and upgrades. He did a fantastic job. When you hit the buttons after "What do you like about this business?", there isn't one that says 'Excellent'. There should be one. Dane was not only professional and responsive to my queries and mistakes...he totally answered and fixed them. Dane is very, very easy to talk with and he understands what may have gone wrong even when you are not sure what exactly you did to create said catastrophe. "Well, I hit this button, then that button, then did a reset".....don't do that! When a lot of the world is saying "Don't wanna be THAT GUY", Dane is THE GUY you want in your corner. I was really impressed. I had taken my computer to bestbuy, they charged me a flat fee and couldn’t help me. They wanted to ship my computer out and said it would take 3weeks.
