Yes, the service was good, and it was completed this time. But the first time when the laptop was repaired, I had not tried everything and when I needed to here a program the speakers was not working properly, and I could not here. I know they were working properly before the last time and prier when the hard drive failed. And yes, I signed his completion work order. I could NOT try everything to make sure it was working in this short time, so I took his word that he tested everything, and it was working. When I called TickTockTech - Computer Repair Edmonton the second time I was told I signed this paper and he said the speakers was working too. So, the tech. came back took my laptop and brought it back and it was fixed. And he did show me. No parts were used. But for Some unknown reason to me he charged me $100 to get the speakers working again with no parts used, I remind you that the speakers were working before. He said I had to pay for his tome to fix the speakers were working before all of this. Another diagnostic was charged again in less a month, for some reason. I do not think I should pay this charge at all, but the tech made me feel that I am obligated to, and I should pay him another $100 for his time. I honestly feel that the company should of fixed this redo for nothing, for the reason the speakers Did work and all he did was take apart the laptop and re position some plastic parts I believe he put in the wrong way I will pay the $100 because I now feel I must, and I am honest. Basically useless. They regularly did not return to me within the time frame they promised. I sent them information about my computer, they promised to get back to me that evening. I had to call back 3 days later. They decided then that they couldn't do the fix (which is fine) but they knew someone who could and they would send me that info. Have I ever seen that info? No. Legend says that all laptops waiting to be seen by these guys are still broken. Getting ghosted by these guys like km a 14 year old in unrequited love.

My laptop did not work at all. I book an appointment for onsite assessment with TickTockTech. Simran Sabhra came here and check my laptop. He immediately have a guess about the possible problem but he needs to take to the company to fix it. He explained about the possible fees clearly and told me he will contact afternoon to give me updates. He called me and gave me updates and fixed me laptop the same day. Also sent me a photo of my screen to show that it is working! The next day I received an invoice and he brought me the laptop. He is very responsive to messages, and did it very fast. I need my laptop for work, so it was important to get it back as soon as possible.

Great experience with TickTockTech in Edmonton today. They didn't even try. I requested a quote for a broken hinge on my laptop and without any details other than my brief description of "the hinge is broken", I was told that the repair would cost more than a new device. So apparently it would cost over $1000 to repair a laptop hinge? Seems to me like this company just didn't want to bother with my problem and gave me an absurd quote to make me lose interest.

While the service was quick and complete, it was much to expensive. My system crashed and all the tech had to do was reload windows. He charged me 3 plus hours work (more than estimate) resulting in a bill of more than $400. This is very expensive charge for a technician that is probably doing something else while waiting for software to load. Also in an appeal for this review the tech sent an email to a number of customers and failed to protect the private email addresses from being seen by all recipients.
