Mohammed got to my place very quickly to my surprise and fixed my problem in less then 30 minute's! It was also very Affordable! I needed a printer for my older Cromebook and was uncertain if the one I was thinking of ordering would be compatible. I contacted Tick Tock Tech saying that I would like their services to install a new printer however I worried that I might not be ordering the right one. The tech gave me excellent advice and I ordered the printer. When it arrived I phoned the tech to install it and he was at my house in under 2 hours. He worked quickly and neatly to unpack and install it. The fee was very fair. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

We bought a new laptop and as we are not tech literate, we asked the vendor to use the service offered by their store ...to transfer data from our older computer and to set up the new computer.
