I thought my hard drive was failing. Tech Squad picked up the machine from my house and discovered there was no problems. I did ask for a back up drive which they supplied. All deliveries were on time and the work was completed in an efficient manner. I would recommend Tech Squad to anyone having computer issues.

The technician put up with me while I was trying to figure out the cheapest way possible to get my uncle's machine running again...he ended up running diagnostics and getting the Windows running for just the price of their listed $55 Diagnostic Service. Some time ago my daughter spilled some water on the iPad and it would not turn on. I dropped off my device at the iPhix Tech Squad South location. It took them approximately ten (!!!) days to take a look at it. I was told that the battery was OK, but the main board failed. They did not give me any option (like getting the main board replaced) other than picking up my iPad and going away. The tablet looked like the screen was apart from the back cover and not secured well. So, I bought the main board replacement part and the opening tools online and started to disassemble the iPad. I opened it easily mainly because almost all display clips were broken by the iPhix guys and they did not bother to replace them. Some of the screws were missing, cables not connected. It turned out that the battery was dead beyond revival (mine must have been stolen), the volume switch is also broken. Horrible experience and very poor service. Will never recommend to anyone.

Tech Squd are always fast to arrive, troubleshoot expertly, and most importantly they explain the work they are doing while they do it - in terms I can understand! I have used Tech Squad 2 times since Sept 2017 and look forward to depending on their help for many more service calls rather than trying to stumble through things on my own!

I had a very positive experience with Tech Squad Inc. They were courteous on the phone and very prompt in finding time to have my computer looked after. The pricing was fair and comparable to other big box stores but the friendly service really made a difference. My computer was ready for pick up a day before was promised and all issues had been dealt with. I would definitely recommend Tech Squad to my friends and use them again in the future.

Frances Diaz transferred the files from an old computer to the new one I purchased and when I went back to clear up some things I needed, I found him to be very pleasant the helpful. I've had a young man I knew personally, who was known to be a knowledgeable IT person, help me with the computer work for years and the two young men at Tech Squad have been much more helpful! The other young man who did work for me before at Tech Squad, was Sumandeep Bola. Not only where both Frances and Sumandeep helpful in doing what was requested, but extended themselves to helping me understand and learn so much of the technical stuff I am clueless about, being 82 years old. Having fun while learning is the best way to learn and I had so much fun, while learning so much! They both deserve a big fat raise!

I have been going to Tech Squad for a number of years and the service has always been great. 2 weeks ago, I took my 6 year old laptop to them because it was acting up. Unfortunately the repair on a laptop that old was over my budget. When I told Francis, one of the technicians that works there, that I decided to buy a new one instead, he got on the internet and helped me choose one for my needs and within my budget, even suggesting where to go. Not only do they fix computers but they can help you choose a new one. I highly recommend them.

It took them 8 days to get my computer back to me even though they said they would priorities it considering I needed it to work daily. They promised it would take only a few hour to reinstall my windows and I could pick it up the next day. When I came to pick it up they said I would have to wait a week because they were back logged with work. I told them I want my computer back so I could bring it elsewhere but they had already removed the hard drive and couldn't complete it. They then promised I could come back in the afternoon after I made a fuss but upon my return they said it will be done next week!!! They put me out of business for over a week and I lost two important clients of mine!!! NEVER USE THESE GUYS! This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever had! TERRIBLE COMPANY!

My computer stopped connecting to the Internet. Tech Squad sent a Technical Consultant to my house. He quickly determined the problem was in the computer. They took the computer back to the shop and determined it was a Windows 10 problem. It took a few days to save my data and reinstall software. But the problem was fixed and I got the machine back in a few days. Lesson Learned: Have a current file for your software licenses and keep a current list of passwords! I will use Tech squad again. .

My experience was very poor at tech squad. I brought my laptop in to have a fan repaired and stressed the importance of getting it back in a timely manner. Not only did it take them a month to fix the fan but they also initially wanted a bill of over 200 dollars. I will never service this establishment again.

Tech Squad was very knowledgeable and efficient with my overloaded pc.....they not only renewed my antivirus but also cleaned up the unnecessary software and got rid of a couple of viruses that the computer was infected with. The staff is very friendly .....I was very pleased.....
