Simply put, Colin is the man! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable in the field of Information Technology, he is professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I work as a Systems/Network Administrator for a company in the United States that manages multiple IT and network infrastructures around the globe. Sometimes, we need someone on-site to troubleshoot issues before flying a technician out. After checking around in the Alberta area, we found Stinn Tech and decided to give them a try. Wow, am I glad we did. Colin needs little to no guidance when it comes to troubleshooting our workstations and servers. He is so good that we did not have to fly our technicians to Canada at all. He is fair priced and always resolves the issue in a timely manner. He always provides me with a root cause analysis that details the issue and the steps he took to resolve it. What more could anyone ask for? I could go on for days, but I will close by saying that if I could hire one man to take care of my Canadian network, it would be Colin Stinn. I asked for a part for my laptop which they indicated they could get for me however they refused to order it because I would not allow them to access my laptop. My laptop functions just fine and I do all of my own troubleshooting and software repair / installations. Worst computer shop I have ever been at. Would not recomend them to anyone.
