I had initially brought my MacBook to westworld computers and described the problem of the screen going dark. They had me bring it in charge me $100 to tell me they couldn’t fix the mother Bourd and told me too sent it to the U.S to someone. I found one bite and he was great; diagnose the problem over the phone and didn’t charge me for it and I brought to him and he just simply fixed it with no other parts. 1st thing Jeff did was help me set up an Apple idea on on old phone. Sounds easy but I couldn’t get it done and he did in minutes! Greatly appreciated. 2nd thing he did was fix our iPad that wouldn’t move past the Apple on the screen. First took it to Westworld computers in Edmonton and they charged me $50 just to tell me it would cost $1500 to repair and that they recommended that I just buy a new one. My MacBook Air suddenly stopped charging this year and I reached out to Jeff from One Bite Technology for some insight. He was very response with suggestions on how to test the battery and these tests revealed that the battery itself was in good health. I set up a time to hand in my laptop and he was able to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair a faulty piece of hardware within 1-2 hours! My MacBook is now charging perfectly and is currently sitting at 100%. Super professional, responsive and a convenient drop off/pick up process. Okay this review is like a year late, but i'm posting it now because I mention Jeff's name in conversation at least once a month, trying to send people who have computer issues to him. He really saved my computer- when the apple store said it was gong to be an $800 fix or more, and he fixed it for LESS THAN HALF of that. I highly recommend One Bite Technology! My cell phone suddenly stopped connecting to the network a few days ago. Diagnostics performed at the Apple store were done and I was told it couldn’t be fixed. My only option was to pay to replace the phone ($460) or trade the phone in for an upgrade (receive “up to” $145 credit towards a new phone...). My phone isn’t even two years old, so neither of these options sounded great. A friend referred me to One Bite- I received a response within minutes of messaging Jeff. Jeff fixed my phone at a very reasonable price, and I was able to pick my phone up THE SAME DAY!! I am super-impressed with the service received, and will definitely use One Bite again. I’ll also be spreading the word to everyone I know.

When my mac book broke I took it into apple. They quoted me over 700$ to fix it. I then posted an add on kijiji seeing if anyone can help fix my laptop. Luckily Jeff replied to my post. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend One Bite Technology. Jeff is super accommodating. I needed to get my laptop repaired right before my trip and even if Jeff had to wait for some parts, he was able to repair my MacBook Pro in a timely manner.

Jeff is great to deal with, had my MacBook for less than 24 hours and managed to diagnose and fix my issue. He replaced my touchpad and all the cables with it and had it working “good as new” . Jeff just resurrected my 15” 2012 MacBook Pro — which had begun running at a glacial pace. My laptop now runs like it is literally brand new. A new replacement would have cost me well over $2,000. Jeff resurrected mine for less than $500. And, he was absolutely awesome to deal with. I highly recommend him.

Great service and affordable work. Jeff knows how to find parts for old macs and fixes them well. Highly recommend One Bite Technology. Only one bit of criticism, I should have waited for the equipment to come in before dropping off my half functioning Mac as some shipments do not come as fast as others we learned. But very small issue completely out out One Bites control and I was able to receive a completely fixed mac.
