Over the past 2 years, I have had emails, phone calls and in-person meetings with Norm concerning various computer issues I've had. He is always pleasant, positive and helpful. In my opinion, his strongest traits are: (1) technical expertise - he stays up to date with current technology and is very knowledgeable. He will continue to offer numerous options until the issue is resolved; (2) promptness in resolving issues - he responds almost immediately to any issue I have. This is extremely beneficial considering how much people rely on technology; (3) effective communication - his emails are very clear and concise, often set out in a step-by-step process so it is easy to understand and follow. I would recommend Norm for your computer needs.

Norman is extremely approachable, helpful, and a joy to work with. His emails are clear, filled with facts, and very useful links. Admittedly I am very novice in all things computer, so I was beyond thankful that in contacting him he walked me through multiple options to optimize my current computer. Norman took the time of offer unique alternatives that could support my older computer. He even explained (in detail) the pros and cons about each option. In the past with other professionals in the field I was only offered the most expensive option. Norman however made sure to explain not only costs, but what I would get for the prices. He had several options that varied for all types of budgets and operating needs. I was so thankful because I felt like I could make an informed decision! I was also looking at upgrading my device. He was ready with suggestions, operating system options, and even suggested a refurbished device website to try. Thankful for the concise, empathetic, and genuinely helpful work he did!
