I went to get my screen replaced, and had service with a smile. It all took over one day to do. The very next day the brightness on my iPhone stopped working and was VERY dark making it incredibly hard to make out anything on the phone, I took it back to see what was wrong with it. They had no clue and said to reset my phone, after nothing worked. They sent it away to get fixed, saying it'd take a week. ONE MONTH later i went to pick it up and they still needed another week to put it back together because they'd misplaced the iPhone disk that holds your SIM card, and had incorrectly installed my home button. After all that the didnt even get the screen color right, which is black. They gave me white. The brightness on my phone is still broken, and now i have no "touch to unlock" option. The one thing they did right was give me a refund, even then they were hesitate on that! Ill be sending my phone somewhere else to get it fixed from now on, even if i have to mail it. If they fix your phone, and they break something in the process dont count on them to help you out.

So far so good. Screen replacement on non-Apple/Samsung phone in under 24'hrs from drop off. 130$ for Huawei P30. Quite impressive service for this remote location.

I had to send my phone in to Apple to get it repaired. They agreed with my assessment and actually replaced it. So being iphone illiterate, I called the Cold Lake Bell Mobility store for help getting the new phone going. They told me they charge for that service and that they are privately run even if the phone was under warranty! So I called over to MACROTRONICS here in Cold Lake and they hooked me up again for free! NOW THAT'S REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Really wonder why I agreed to the extra customer service from Bell when I signed up as they certainly didn't provide it in this instance. But again - MACROTRONICS IN COLD LAKE DID! I love you guys! Top notch customer service right from the start. My Mac froze doing an update and I was unable to fix it myself so I called Macrotronics at 1pm where the call went to voicemail. The message said texting was better than leaving a voice message so I did that and less than 30 minutes later I had a call back. I was given a couple of things to try but the owner also said that if I was unsucsessful he would be happy to get my computer back up and running. I ended dropping off my Mac at 2:30 pm that same day. I was told that I may lose some of the data but he would do his best to avoid that route. Just before 6pm that day I received a text message telling me my Mac was done and ready for pick up. I didn't lose any data and I am now running the latest operating platform. We are lucky to have this type of service right here in Cold Lake. Great customer service! Thank you

They broke the screen they replaced on my phone. They to order a new one, and then used that part on somebody else's phone. I went in a few times afterwards, and everytime I did the phone tech was either off of left early, and I was left with a broken phone for over a month. I went in, they still had no screen yet so they said to come in on the following monday. Went in, the guy who said to come in left early so he couldn't help me. I asked after all the inconvenience, if i ciukd have the fee waived. He said "you won't be paying this". When i saw him the next day he went back on what he said saying that i now had to, and tried to charge me more than what they originally said. I obviously didnt take well to this and he refused to fix my phone period.

If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. Never have I ever been more unimpressed and furious. I called in to see approximately how long it would take to fix my phone, was told 2 hours, dropped it off and came back to check on it the following morning and they had LOST my phone and were checking the garbages. How on earth do you manage to LOSE somebody's cell phone when your only job is to fix and keep somebody's cellphone safe?? This is the most expensive purchase I've made, being almost a 1000$ phone, and the contract isn't even paid off, and they have the audacity to tell me it isn't their fault my phone up and disappeared because they BELIEVE somebody stole it, but hadn't checked their cameras to prove that theory?? And why was my phone in a position to be stolen anyway?? Both employees should NOT be in a back room when THOUSANDS of dollars in electronics are up on the front counter. Negligent.

Not impressed. Dropped off my system to get fixed because the disc drive wouldn't work. They told me they could fix it but the need to order parts, and I could have it back in a couple days. A week and a half went by, I phoned and asked how it was going, and they told me they haven't even looked at it yet; alright fair enough, I know there are others ahead of me. It's been well over a month now, I called them back and they said yes they've looked at it, and no they can't fix it because they're unable to get parts for it. I know these things happen, but hey how hard is it to pick up the phone and tell me"hey we can't fix it. Sorry." Probably could have had it back a week ago and got it fixed by now.

Went in to get my Samsung s8 screen replaced. They didn't have any screens in stock so they said they would order some and call me in about 5 days. Went in after a week, still nothing. 2 weeks later I phone and get told they haven't even ordered them. Imobile in bonnyville is the better place to go.

STAY AYAY!!!!! Sent in a mac book pro that had a loose connection on the screen, sent it in and they claim the screen was broken! Never Called, after 3 weeks I called them to return it back 1.5 moths later still no computer. now they are not taking my calls!

Stayed opened past his closing time so That I could get my phone. All I had to do was call. Gave me a deal on the screen he fixed for $100 vs $120. Good deal. I would use them again.

Clean store and well laid out. However the mark-up on all products are insane. products marked up by atleast 150%. Staff are courteous and helpful. On somethings its best to check Newegg.

Replaced the battery on my Apple phone....done in 10 minutes, also replaced my glass screen protector. The battery on my phone now last 2.5 days instead of 2.5 hours. He also helped my grandson choose a cover and installed the glass cover for him on his new phone. Excellent customer service and a nice man.

Changed my phone screen, took a week longer than I was told, paid 190 bucks for something i could have gotten off amazon for 40, ended up with the wrong screen, poorly installed with sections of the screen not working. I'll buy the 40 dollar replacement and watch a YouTube video next time, i suggest you do the same

Went to macrotronics since I had no screws for my new computer build and asked if I could buy some since all my components didn't seem to have the required screws. Ghassan, the owner was professional, welcoming and gave me two sets of 9 6-32 screws for free just incase one was incorrect. Said components were not his fault they were missing parts.
