I called Tony this morning because a trusted person had remote access to our computer. I was having issues with some spam programs changing things on my computer. The trusted person became administrator and put a password on the system so that no one could change anything except them. Unfortunately, the relationship has deteriorated and they refused to give us access to the administrative and password. This is all on Windows 10 which we were told is impossible to change. Tony was impressive. Came directly to our house, collected the hard drive. Took it to his shop and fixed EVERYTHING. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks so much Tony! Called and set up an appointment. The tech was straightforward, polite, and professional. Diagnosed the problem as a failing hard drive. Explained everything, gave me the cost (extremely reasonable). Called to ask about something. Was told just to buy a new computer. If your trying to replace one thing while saving other components. It's best to do that. Clearly whoever answered the phone didn't understand that and hung up on me after not trying to consider what I was asking. With the way the conversation went. I am pretty sure whomever it was, decided to read the caller I.D. and went from there, deciding on how "helpful" they wanted to be. While being hung up on. I felt there was some racism behind it. So I would go somewhere else, if your not white. Wouldn't want to risk getting poor service because of your race.

Got a "no bootable device" error on my Asus Aspire laptop. Tony's response was quick and clear. He first gave me some diagnostic tips over email. When that didn't work, I brought it to his place where he had the diagnostic back to me within an hour and a final assessment by the end of the day. He quoted a very fair price for a repair (which I decided not to do because of the overall condition of the computer) and used several methods to attempt to retrieve my data. Because the data was not retrievable via software, he did not charge me anything for the service! I will def go back to Tony next time I have any issues with my new computer!

Where do I even begin ? My experience with Tony at Lethbridge Laptop & Computer Repair was incredible. Right from my initial phone call I was impressed with his service. Pleasant phone demeanor, listened carefully to the issues we were having and had us booked for an appointment. He even called back short time later to offer us an even earlier appointment. (wow) Tony showed up exactly on time and proceeded to take care of all our computer problems quickly and professionally. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and the benefits each step would provide. He also wrote down, step by step, each thing he was doing as he went. This info was right on my receipt so as to have an exact copy of what repairs had been carried out. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable. He offers up what I refer to as small town service in a city where you just don't see that great type of service very often. I would recommend Tony to anyone looking to have computer problems resolved. I have a bit of a thought process when it comes to giving credit where credit is due. I feel that anyone can buy advertising space and plaster up whatever positive things they want to say about themselves or their business. BUT, you can not purchase "Word of Mouth Advertising" That has to be earned, and the way you earn it is by running your business the way that Tony is running Lethbridge Laptop and Computer Repair.

I am a college student and I woke up to complete an important paper and my computer hard drive died. I was in a panic, I called a few repair places but they said it wasn’t the hard drive and it was just an easy fix, I tried to do what they said but nothing worked. I recently dropped off my Imac to Tony for a harddrive replacement because my computer had begun crashing randomly. His price and service were incredible. The turnaround time was fantastic (was finished the day after I dropped it off). He texted my multiple times throughout the repair to give me updates and let me know of any potential issues. He was able to save all my data and get it transferred to the new hard drive. He also cleaned a bunch of dust out of my computer. Its now lightning fast and working perfectly! Had an issue with some Windows updates I was trying to do and after several failed attempts contacted Lethbridge Laptop and Computer Repair to make an appointment to look at my computer - as I was not comfortable doing what I felt was needed - that being 'advanced' level changes to my system to fix my problem. After speaking to Tony on the phone and discussing the Windows operating system, it was determined I was not in need of any repairs . I was having a lot of trouble with my old computer so I contacted a local company to do an analysis on it. The result was that it needed more tech than they had so it was sent out. Upon return it was equally difficult to navigate and use. I purchased a 'new' computer, not a refurbished one which gave me more problems. I needed help to transfer everything over. I called Lethbridge Laptop and Computer Repair and was so So pleased with the service. Tony came into our house, transferred everything over that could be transferred. And, he advised me I purchased a refurbished computer that had an additional hard drive added to meet my requests. Tony is personable, professional and his prices are very competitive. The first time I used his service, was due to a virus on my computer. One of my first questions was, "How did I get a virus if I have an antivirus program"? He explained that despite the hype, antivirus programs can't stop most infections. He also explained how I could avoid them myself with a couple of tips he taught me. He's also taught me many other things like the myth of defrag, drive cleaners, deleting cookies, and why you shouldn't turn off your computer.
