similar as post as the first one, wouldn't recommend him if he only concerned about repairs and not doing a little PR to help promote the business and for that reason and reason alone I would not recommend him for any type of business.

Kris built my computer for me years ago. Gave me good advise and I have a top-notch machine. He has never pressured me into things I don't want or need. Anytime I need repairs (mostly viruses) he always takes care of me and the machine. I recommend him always!

Got my computer from Kris and it was made timely and efficient in manner. It's been 2 years now that I've had it and no problems at all! Great customer service and super diligent. Very happy with the level of service and with the advice that I was given. Honestly, the computer works even better than I imagined. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a computer shop. Very patient and goes out of his way to answer any questions and concerns.

Have been utilizing the services of Kris' Computer Repair for the past 3 years. From our initial meeting Kris was receptive to my concerns, quizzed at length the difficulties I was experiencing then advised me his time frame for assessing/repairing my laptop. Upon returning to pick up my computer Kris has always taken the time to review the problem and where possible, how I may best avoid it again. With each visit, Kris consistently offered the same high level of service. As an aside - when I have observed Kris with another customer while waiting my turn - he has offered the same degree of service he did with me.

I have found him to be honest, completely reliable, very knowledgeable efficient recovering my computers from crashes, viruses, etc. He also has answered my many questions and helped me many times especially with Windows 10. In this fast paced world of "me - me" it is refreshing to find a shop like Kris Computers. Kris is friendly, honest, helpful along with being knowledgeable. I have dealt with Kris for the last 8 years, he has repaired my computers countless times. Kris always explained the problem, given me an estimate on which he stayed true. I totally recommend Kris Computers for all your computer needs.

I cannot believe this guy is still in business. Told me about the $50 fee (which I was fine with) to give me an estimate on a disk drive that doesn't work on my laptop, asked him 2 questions and then he told me that his time is worth money! Yah, my money! Absolutely no people skills what so ever.

I took my laptop in to Kris to get a hinge fixed that had torn out of the back. He charged me $132.00 to reset some nuts back into the plastic again. After a few days it broke again, and when I told him about it he told me that out of all the hinges he's fixed, mine was the only one that has ever broken again. I then asked him nicely if he could give me half my money back and he completely lost it on me, telling me how rude I was. In the end he told me he would give me my money back, but I would have to give him my laptop, ha-ha. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND KRIS TO ANYBODY!! HE IS A CROOK, IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND DOES HORRIBLE WORK. I TELL AS MANY PEOPLE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AS I CAN.

I've been going to Kris for 2-3 years, maybe longer. Took my PC in the other day, Windows 7 wouldn't start, and my G drive (photo storage) would frequently go missing. Kris had the machine for 2 days - when I picked it up, he assured me Windows was working, but he couldn't recover G drive, so it and all it's contents were gone. I paid the $100 bill and went immediately to another repair shop for a 2nd opinion. After two attempts there, Windows didn't start. They discovered the problem in short order, and after some 4 hours, they also recovered the G drive and all it's contents. I returned to Kris', explained what occurred, and asked for a refund. His words: "That's not going to happen - have a nice day". On his website - the words" customer service" appear - seems this is entirely different than "customer satisfaction". When one loses trust, confidence and credibility in one's repair shop - it's time to move on, and I've done that.

Told me he 'didn't have time' to talk about my laptop repair on the phone, then refused to give me back my laptop because it was in pieces on his desk and kicked me out of his store. I then went to the police but guess there's not much they can do in this kind of situation. 100% unprofessional.

If we have a computer need or even a question, we go to Kris. He is knowledgeable and his service is prompt. He does his work with integrity which we really appreciate.
