I recently had my phone screen repaired here (it had been broken for over a year) and Zackery was very pleasant and quick with the repair! He ran me through all of the price options available as well as the different screen features. After a mere hour I came back to (what looked like..) a brand new phone! I’m really excited and had definitely expected it to take longer so I give it 5 stars just for speed itself. Great services ????

Eurotech is still the BEST. I have relied on the expertise of Eurotech since 2004. We brought in two desktop computers. The MAC was repaired and my spouse is super happy as she didn’t loose any of her data. Mine didn’t fair so well, the expert staff at Eurotech identified what I required, suggesting options and I was streaming content with the data transferred from my old desktop on a new tower/monitor that matched my budget. Quick, Knowledgeable, cost efficient - I’m a Eurotech customer for life.

I would not trust this place again. I took my device for repair and not only the issues were not solved, but also the device got more issues that did not have before. After charging me, which btw, the prices are considerable more expensive than other repair shops, I was told the device was beyond repair. I took my device to a different shop and my device was fixed in one hour, so what I had been told by the people working at Eurotech turned out to be completely wrong. My device was totally misdiagnosed at Eurotech, and I ended up spending money for almost anything. As I mentioned, I am glad I went to a different shop to ask for a 2nd opinion and the person working there guaranteed that if no fix no charge unlike this place. I did not feel valued as a customer and felt ripped off. I will never come back here nor reccomend to anyone. REPLY TO OWNER: Yes, I am sure it was this place. Address and pictures are exactly where we went. The device was under my partner's name. The person who assisted him was Brandon and who checked the device. When we called to complain, another person over the phone confirmed with us that there was nothing else to do with the device despite he hadnt been the person who checked the device. All I was given were excuses. I was not satisfied with the service, but I had to trust that they were telling me the truth since they are supposed to be the professionals. When I went to a different shop, I took my device with me as I wanted to get something similar, so I ended up buying another device. After buying the new device, not sure why I did not do it before, I asked the technician if he could check my old device (he kindly did it free of charge) and what was my surprise when he told me that it has a fix and the fix was simple and not as I had been advised. Therefore, what I was told (at Eurotech) was wrong. He offered to fix the issue with guarantee and no pay if not fixed. I decided to proceed with the service and also decided to keep the new one and give the other device to my father amd is working well. I appreciate you want to look into it further, but is too late now. The expenses have been made and I have no trust in your store anymore. I dont leave negative reviews unless the experience deserves so, and my experience at Eurotech was really poor. 2nd REPLY: I am not sure what you mean by ticket number. I am not sure if you are the person I spoke with over the phone (other than Brandon at the store). If with ticket you refer to the receipt, it was emailed to me, not printed (I am sure you know about the fact that at your store receipts are emailed). What are you going to do with the receipt or our information?. Are you calling us back? What for?. The expenses were already made and the device was repaired and NOT at your shop. I have the right to protect our identities. Nothing would change the migdiagnose and the waste of time. Unless you have something else to add in that regard, I have nothing else to say. I am not trying to intentionally hurt your business and can't apologize for describing my experience. How would you minimize the error based on the fact that my device was returned without all proper fixes and with more issues than before, and the fact that I was told that the device was beyond repair, which obviously wasn't like that. Please let me know how would you minimize the misdiagnose (errors)?. If the service would have been great, I would have left a 5 star review.

I don't like posting slightly negative reviews, but in our case, we scheduled an appointment and showed up for an iPhone 7 battery replacement. After a quick test, we were told the battery replacement cost was something on the order of $110 ... I was quite surprised as I had found you could buy the OEM battery for something like $40. The tech told us the price is due to them taking the time to check the charging chip, blah blah blah. I thought I would then order the tools and do it myself (after all it's my son's phone), but the Apple store does battery changes for like $65 - so go figure. Can't say the experience left me with a warm fuzzy, which is sad as most businesses are currently struggling given the current climate. Caveat emptor ...

Brought my iPad to the store thinking that the batteries needed replacement. After running quick diagnostics, the battery appears to be healthy. Was told to bring all my charging cables for diagnostics and turns out one of the cables may be faulty. Only spent on buying a new iPad cable. Tech was honest and very knowledgeable. I'll be returning for all of my electronic repairs here.

My mother took her apple macbook air to this shop after it had crashed. She took it there to get a diagnosis - which was that the computer was completely broken and she would have to buy a new one. So she did - from them. Once I had found out I asked my mother to take the broken computer to APPLE to get a proper diagnosis - in which she did. The laptop was NOT actually broken. Apple was actually quite disgusted with the way the laptop hard drive had been throw into a plastic bag, missing screws and all, without any padding or protection from dust. My mother was able to get her money back from the new laptop that she bought but she will not be able to get back the "health" of her harddrive that was thrown around like a rag doll. They were very apologetic.

This place is amazing. The customer service is excellent and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Mik went above and beyond to help fix my broken screen. He even stayed more than an hour after the store closed to make sure it’s done properly. I was super impressed! I had my screen fixed at a another place before when it cracked and they damaged parts inside the phone which control the home button. It was only discovered when I took my phone to this place and it was a big challenge to fix the damage. However, they were able to fix everything and my phone looks perfect! I am so happy I found this place and I will never go anywhere else with my phone issues. I HIGHLY recommend it!
