I needed a new raid1 system added to my pc and queried Dr. Geek..my call was promptly answered my call...no voicemail like the others...local to Sherwood Park making easy access...knowledgable about what I needed and how to get it completed quickly..very reasonable for the ssd drives and labor...do not hesitate to engage...much recommended !!

I need to get data from my computer as my connection for the power was broke. I ask he if he could fix it and he said no. Then he informed me he could get the data off it for me. I agreed and he picked it up. He charged my $135.00 for a memory stick with the data on it. He also charged the computer which is all I was looking for in the first place. He downloaded 23 GB, I went through my computer and downloaded 49 GB of data. I got twice as much data in an hour then he did in a day. I would not deal with this guy at all.

Very happy with the service and information that was provided to me. My lap top is like brand new and super fast now. Was never pressured into being told to buy another laptop or programs I don't need. Other places just say it's not worth repairing and just buy a new one. Phoned up for a PC Desktop issue. Youssef was very friendly and helpful when I called. The process for getting my PC serviced was easy and simple. We set up a time to pick up my PC and then when it was finished, I was sent the bill and he delivered my PC back to my place. Now my PC is fixed and running great again.
