Called him to fix my computer. He came had it partially fixed with my tools but the sodering he did on my board didn't hold up as I had to open the computer again to replace a cable. I phoned him to redo the soder and he said he would charge me again the full amount fir a job that wasn't done right in the first place! I didn't think that was fair! He didn't even offer a discount! So I could not recommend him nor will I use his service again.

Even though I can repair some stuff without difficulty, I can't fix everything. Called him over to take a look at my computer, and I am not disappointed at all! Great service, very friendly, one of the best repairmen out there! Will definitely be coming back for more if anything else starts giving me trouble!

Can there be a better experience? This guy has it figured out- he quotes accurately, calls & comes when scheduled, is professional, trustworthy and gets the job done. My hard drive failed- and he fixed/restored everything. Marvelous. Enjoyed having this service..at my home!

Woke up to a PC that would not start. I work from home doing computer aided drafting, and needed my PC back up and running ASAP. Dr. Geek came out to my home right away, and only about 2 hours after calling him my power supply was replaced, PC back up and running. Very good service. Windows 10 did an update and I lost my mouse and keyboard. The tech came on time and was able to repair the computer. He also answered my questions while working on the computer. I am very pleased with the service.

I fell victim to a phishing scam. My bank's fraud department warned me not to use my computer until it had been checked and cleared of viruses or malware. Dr. Geek has helped me twice before so I called and Youssef was able to come out the same day. He spent 90 minutes running a scan along with multiple manual checks, found the virus and left me with a healthy computer. Dr. Geek always provides courteous, excellent service. I can't say enough about the firm.
