We asked for the viruses to be cleared on our computer but they ended up changing the whole program, resulting in the computer running twice as slow as it did before. To make matters worse they charged us an extra $30 from the original $50 for something we didnt even ask for.

They don't look at or even touch Apple products which is disappointing. Guy working gave us a couple ideas for places to check out but that's about it. He was nice too.
