Everything on my computer was lost after being told “All of your data ( approximately 1TB) was backed up over a 24 hour process with required an hour of our supervision,” Upon arrival and inspection Inwas told “this is all that was on your computer”. Computer is 3 years old but Ininformed that no, I was told in an email approx 1TB of data was backed up and transferred back onto my computer. Maybe my data was put on someone else’s computer, however and most defiantly my computer was erased and windows 10 reinstalled ;( I was refunded the original cost paid, but beyond heart broken and devistated to have lost sooooo much. Better research and less trusting could have served me better in this case.

I am definitely not a very tech-savvy person. I've had a MAC for 5 years and it was having some serious issues and considering how much it cost - I really didn't want to buy a new one. I found Central Computer Technologies online and sent them an email asking if they could help. Vince responded right away and I took it over for a tune-up. Long story short, the internal hard drive needed to be replaced, he had one in stock, I gave him the go-ahead and it was fixed that same day. I think the best part of the experience though was Vince himself. He is so friendly and personable and explains everything in layman's terms (which I really need). He also helped with a bunch of questions I had and made some great recommendations to keep everything running smoothly. I would highly recommend Vince if you're having computer problems - and particularly for the "tech-challenged" person (like me) as he was just so helpful. His prices are extremely reasonable for the services he offers, he's nice and central (inglewood) and he is very fast. I will definitely use him again in the future.

I spent 4 digit Amount just to recover data from HDD (Not burn or dropped dead), They could not even get me 1% of my data, I understand that Electronics devices could be unpredictable sometimes. After meeting in person, I was offered C drive shortcuts as my data, I denied that is not what I am looking for. After that to save time and donor drives I gave complete address of my data that I was looking for, One more attempt and they could not even offer me 1% of my actual data. Yes I spent lot of money for nothing, I am sad! Spent 6 months of my saving.

Do you know when you are not the sharpest tool in the box when it comes to computers and you have a problem - well I do! I had such a problem on my desktop,my laptop, and my ipad so I rang Central Computer tech. and left a massage for help. Vincent got back to me quite quickly and I explained the problem, he said lets try the straight forward fix before bringing things down to him - it worked. To me this is great service when someone helps you over the phone-no money involved - to sort out what was to him a minor thing to fix. After going to 3 computer repair shops, I came to CCT...and what a difference! Who knew the problem could be diagnosed so quickly! Seriously, it's as if the other guys were playing dumb saying they couldn't find the issue. Vince subsequently tried to fix my 17" MacBook, and when it was determined it had bit the dust, he refunded the lions share of my money. Very professional and kind. Furthermore, he gave me some fine advice for proceeding to pick up another laptop. I found one on eBay, ran it by him, and will definitely be bringing it to CCT for further work. Sincerely wish I had found CCT in the first place. Anyway, it's my one stop shop now, and highly recommend it for your computer repair and upgrade needs!

I highly recommend Central Computer Technologies to anyone who is looking for a computer repair service! I recently brought my Mac in to fix a pesky restart loop of unknown cause. Vince was diligent and professional in his troubleshooting and communication with me along the way. Once he located the issues and the repairs required, Vince provided me with a list of bare minimum recommended repairs as well as optional upgrades to make my computer run like (actually better than) new as well as the costs, reasons for, and possible item shipping wait times associated with each option. Vince did not proceed with any repairs until I communicated approval for my desired repair option. This is how repair businesses should always operate in my opinion. Had I not wanted to go forward with any repairs, I would only be charged a reasonable diagnostics fee. Trust Vince at Central Computer Technologies with your next computer issue, you will not be disappointed in his service!
