Called looking for a part, didn't even finish explaining which part I needed I was immediately told it was out of stock. He wouldn't check in the computer or physically. Asked him you just opened how do you know so fast? I called at 10:01AM. His response was "I Uhhhh somebody already called about it." I will NEVER call this store to "inconvenience" the workers there ever again. Guy should be fired, with customer service skills like that!

Very expensive place. A screen replacement costs C$400. I then did the replacement myself for C$250. BCOM isn't worth my time and money.

I had a major problem with my laptop and went to three different big box stores - the answers were all unclear except that they would send my computer to a company repair shop in some other city for an undetermined period (and cost). When I dropped into BCOM, I got clear answers on the needs right away, repairs on site in about 4 days, and no subsequent problems. Better to take your computer if you can and go in to talk to them rather than just over the phone though. My overall experience was outstanding and would recommend them to anyone with a serious problem.

Quick and reliable..pretty much everything you expect from a repair centre. Also, I would like to say thank you to Gary. He fixed my laptop within a very short time(less than a week) which took almost forever at the other place. He responded right away to every one of my emails, didn't overcharge anything.

I bought a custom built PC from these guys a few years back after my best buddy referred them to me. They did an excellent job with the build and they have always been exceptional at helping me keep it in tip top shape. They're all professional, courteous, very skilled, lots of expertise and honest. They do great work for a fair price and have plenty of the best gear to choose from! I just had them do some work for me and as usual, they were spot on. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

The staff at BCOM are fantastic. They are enthusiastic and passionate about computers, and very friendly and approachable. I decided to try BCOM out after getting burned by memory express and being treated poorly after spending 2500$ at their store. I wish I had gotten my components from BCOM instead!!! This store is great!! The customer service was fanstastic. I walked out feeling happy, and it really washed out the bitter aftertaste from dealing with memory express.

I had brought my desk top in for service as it was running quite slowly. I thought maybe it needed a better video card and asked for one to be installed. They looked at the PCs specifications and said I also need a larger hard drive to handle the work I was using it for. I agreed and spent the over $500.00 for the upgrade. I took the unit home and tried it out: and found it was no faster than before. I returned to the store, told him it was no faster than before and he says oh well then you need a new processor . Not happy but gritting my teeth I asked how much will that cost ? They don't make this one anymore he says. but they will make me a new PC for another $1000.00. He obviously didn't test the unit after he installed the parts. nor did he check the processor, which I would think would be a pretty important component . You can teach a monkey to install parts but it takes a good technician to properly trouble shoot a PC. I was hosed for over $500 bucks. I will have the extra work done but I'll never give these people another nickel. If you'r looking for a great place for service....keep looking.

I brought my computer to B Com to get fixed as it died on me, a black screen. After a week i called them to get status of the computer. They said it was not repairable. Cheaper to buy new one from them for $1900. B-com said it was a motherboard. Basically it was junk. I then got reference to a computer tech from friends so i went there. This tech got back to me in 3 days said it was fix. It only cost me $350. Far cry from $1900 or a new computer. My question is why doesnt B-com computer business have techs who can actually fix computers. I been buying computers from them for 15 years. Now i have second thoughts. I want to trust they can fix my computers as advertised. This undisclosed tech said its just a money grab and lazy tech.

Great prices on cables and other little pieces. If you need inexpesive network cable or things of that ilk this is a good place to go.

I had a great experience here. It was a super quick and easy visit for a simple problem. I didn't wait forever like a lot of the bigger computer places and they knew what i needed right away. If you live in the west end, try this place out.

Didn't have a clue. Cost me 330.00 for nothing. They said they would only be 30 more minutes and they could fix it.. ended up being a few more hours .. 2 guys and nothing and they charged for 3 hours couldn't fix it
