I took my MacBook Pro in to 2 other people and none of them could figure it out. Within a few hours Sim was able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed that same day. Quite affordable too. He even was able to help speed up a back-up laptop I had purchased. Highly recommend his services, quick response to calls/texts and very fast turn around time!

My computer was messed up because of something I did. It would restart itself over and over and over and over etc. Brought my computer in to him and he fixed it same day for dirt cheap. I needed new parts and he let me bring my own in (didn't try to up-sell me some). Like a previous poster said, its a home based business, so don't be alarmed if there are some family members kicking around. Computer runs a lot faster now.

Brought in my laptop to be repaired. I had taken it in to another shop and was not able to get answers. Sim was more then helpful and knowledgeable. He was great to deal with and addressed issues promptly. He also showed me how to do some of the windows and bios repairs myself. Id highly recommend and will use his services again.

Its actually a residence with a sign out front. His family is kind, generous and helpful. He had my tablet fixed the same day I brought it in, and I paid less than 40$. Hard to find good prices for repair in Edmonton but Akal IT has it. Highly recommend.
