This review is for Patrick! I went in to their store as i had called for a RTX 30 series graphics card. I'm a complete newbie to gaming PC's and had asked Patrick to make me a build for something that could support the RTX 3080 GPU he had available. I came in with the intention of getting an idea of what type of parts I would need to get my first pc built. I took his quote home as I was looking to order parts online as i thought mark up would significantly higher for having the items on hand. to my surprise everything in the store is listed at competitive prices! some even beating the big box stores. I went back to the store a hour later and purchased EVERYTHING for the build he recommended. I've never built a PC and Patrick gave me some pointers to look out for while building and thoroughly explained any questions I had. A computer seems to run a honest business with one thing in mind. COMPUTERS! I will from now on always look to shop here before supporting the big box stores.

Absolutely rude and false advertising .. They advertise as computer buyers but they said they don't buy anything. Then just hangs up without any further discussion.. dontd spend your hard earned money on these guys. I could only imagine how difficult they would be if I was trying to resolve an issue with something they sold me. So save time as well buy not even spending 1 minute shopping in their store..

I went to London drugs to get my mac laptop fixed under warranty. I had tried to use it but the screen wouldn’t work, even though I could tell the laptop itself was on. They told me the problem was that the light behind the screen was broken and because I had a dent on my computer (from 2 years ago) my warranty wouldn’t cover it. They wanted to charge me at least 600 dollars to have it fixed! I called A+ Computers and they were able to repair it for half that! Thank you so much for everything! I highly recommend this repair store, I was able to pick up my laptop the day after dropping it off. Great service, prices, and friendly staff!

Shop here. The hours are a little light.. but they make up for it with world class service and product. For such a small store it amazes me the variety of product they always seem to have. Of my last 4 PC's all were bought here.. none have had any issue including two refurb business machines that went on to live years as gaming devices. I absolutely love this store..and their prices are killer.

If you ever would like your computer fixed don't ever go here. They say they have a flat rate of 45 however they raise the price by saying they put you in priority without ever mentioning it the first place. Price was bumped from 45 to 95 for a 30min checkup. Also, when we confronted the owner about this issue in a polite manner and in multiple attempts for transparency on their side, they did not show any customer service and yelled through the phone saying he'll hold the computer for a couple days if we want the money back. We were absolutely disappointed about our first and most likely last experience with this shop and would like to warn others wanting to get their computers checked here.

I am not a computer person so this place was brilliant for me, I went into get a price for a custom built PC, they made everything very clear and there was no pressure or upselling at all (Patrick even questioned one of my upgrades to make sure I needed it as it was quite abit extra) prices were very good (way cheaper than I’d seen for the same spec at big box stores) and even took the time to answer my list of questions. The PC was ready in under 24 hours and works amazing. Very happy and would go back here for the personal service any day

Most amazing experience. I had purchased a computer 2 days prior to visiting this store and had to return to the big box store because it would run any of the games I had. I spoke with Patrick and he put together a good configuration for me and even upgraded the graphics card at no extra charge. I took the night to decide. I went in the next day at 1PM and paid for the new build and by 3PM he called me to let me know that the build was complete. I got home and set it all up and everything works perfect. I couldn't be happier with the new system and with the service that was provided to me. I would definitely recommend this place. Patrick knows what he is talking about and is super friendly.

He also installed two fans in my tower that I did not have the molex converters and/or splitters for! I would 100% recommend A-Computers to anyone who needs their computer fixed. I have a bad experience at this store. First of all, the service attitude is not friendly. When I ask a few questions, he shows impatience or even ask me solves it myself. After that I asked him to help me clean up my laptop and replace the thermal paste. After returning home, I found that my computer was warmer than before with a new thermal paste. Once It was also blue screen at the time, and it cost me 79 dollar for this service. I found that my laptop was damage inside after 5days when I try to tear down it to find out why the temperature was too high. The sticker protectors was broken by poke from screw driver which is unacceptable!

I was willing to pay to get it fixed, but definitely going somewhere else now.

I give this high review because when I needed a cheap, refurbished, good quality computer I got it here. There was a decent selection of options at the time and the guy was more than fair with the price. The computer ran so well I took a buddy there a few weeks later and he picked up a laptop which also ran perfect and for a long time. I've not taken anything in for repairs though considering the quality of the refurbishment I would do so without concern. I should point out that there is very little else of worth in this store. The speakers, GPU's etc. are rubbish. The young guy working there who I believe is the owners son is impatient/rude and knows almost nothing about the products. I would never buy anything here again except a refurbished computer. But if that's what you're in the market for you will get good quality at a good price. Mine lasted 2 years and never broke down (I upgraded) and I was streaming the whole time.

Great place to buy a computer. Patrick was extremely helpful. I told him what I needed and he built it exactly. The price was extremely competitive and the equipment works just as it should. I would recommend A-Computers over any box stores. Here you get what you want, no unnecessary upsell and they service what they sell.

This is THE place to go if you have computer issues. Fast, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, helpful. I am so grateful i found this place. I had taken my computer to a franchise place first.....thank goodness i didn't leave it with them. They were going to send it away, suggested that my hard drive needed replacing, and it was going to cost $$$..oh and also i needed to pay about $100 for a 'diagnosis'... Thank-you A-Computers!!! :)

They have made a customer for life out of me - this is just fantastic store with great products, prices, and employees. If you need to buy any type of PC you should shop at this store - these folks know what they are talking about, won't try to sell you anything they don't need, and their knowledge / service is outstanding. Don't waste your time shopping at Best Buy or another big box type of store - if you need help with anything computer related, visit their store or give these people a call.
