This is the second-best residence on campus. There are six people per apartment - so if you get lucky to be with the kind of people you want (whether this means the clean / partying / studying types - whatever), then it's all good. For me, I wasn't that lucky - my school was quite intensive, while my neighbors studied in programs with much less homework and it was hard to concentrate in the evenings because of that... it does, however, feature two bathrooms and showers per apartment of six and a kitchen in each apartment - so that's nice!
