The quality of the product is great, the staff are not. It has been 28 days since my credit card was charged twice for my order and I still have not received my money back, nor have I received any response from my many emails and phone calls. I am currently going through the bank to trying get my money back. I will never order anything from them again.

I would like to start by saying that the staff that work at Canadian Caps and Gowns are amazing very friendly and compassionate in these uncertain times. Their compassion, generosity and understanding to my situation when ordering my cap and gown was absolutely outstanding. I would recommend this company to anyone, you will not be disappointed. shipment was fast and the quality of the product was excellent couldn't ask for better. I needed 2 grad tassels for the next day and called to check if it would be possible to have my order delivered by then. I called to ask if that would be possible and the woman serving me checked shipping times and said that it should work. I place my order and 5 minutes later received a call because the service agent noticed I ordered a tassel for kindergarten and wanted to make sure that was correct. She was right to call as I wanted an adult size and was able to correct it thanks to her. Although I realize that I called at a lucky time and shipping logistics can be iffy, I received my order the next day and they were perfect high quality tassels. The customer service woman was so pleasant and helpful. This was a great experience!

Fantastic customer service & delivery time. Thank you so much to the team at Canadian Gowns for helping me create a custom doctorate hood. My sister abruptly ended her final year of school in the UK back in March 2020, due to COVID-19. We wanted to make the best of the situation and have an intimate family graduation party. Thank you for creating her hood as it added value to her ending such an important chapter.
