It is the Confederation College’s building where the Engineering courses are held. Most of the engineering classes and labs are located in McIntyre Building. There is a bus stop in this building.(Sibley Residence) Interior of the building is good looking. There is a small cafeteria, games space, lockers and all services are available. The facilities are not as much as which is present in the Shuniah/Main building of the confederation college.
