The apartments are beautiful and Hector gives a very thorough tour. I'm very excited to live here this Fall!

Revolution Parkour

the place has security camera every where and wide parking which is a plus. However WHat If I told you there is NOOOOO Air CONDITIONING at the 14 front st. I saw one review saying that you can “instal ur own ac... or bring a fan” but truth of the matter is during my tour I found that the place significantly lacks air flow especially in the rooms the common areas are fine tho.

The 14 front st apartment is great, close to the bus stop, grocery store and pharmacy. Landlord is great and easy to get in contact with.

These are great apartments at great prices! Convenient location and a kind landlord, personally my only issue is that the building I was in (14th front street) had a common kitchen, but that's more of a "me" problem, if you can look past that, you'd love this place!

Has NO AIR CONDITIONING don’t let them fool you with thIER sales pitch (that the radiator is the ac it’s a lie). And due to this fact THE BUILDING severely lacks OXYGEN. Unless you want ur kids to lose brain cells don’t live here.

This has really and truly been one of the best places I have ever been able to call home. Everything about the atmosphere is positive, and calm. I am able to fully dedicate myself to my studies in a clean, respectful, and friendly environment. It also is an absolute bonus when you have such a kindhearted, understanding, and funny landlord! I also love that the grocery store, the pharmacy, the gas station, and most importantly, Timmies, are in within walking distance. 10/10

I lived at 54 Front St. for 2.5 years and it was a great experience. For anywhere between $450-$550: • You get your own bedroom, washroom, with a bedframe, table, and chair/stool. Unfortunately, there is no AC, so bring your own, but there is central heating. • You get tight security. You gotta get through two doors with a fob before getting to your room's door, and only you can access your room with a key. • You only share two places: the kitchen with your floor, but you can keep a fridge/microwave in your room, and the basement, which has a lounge/laundry. • You can get parking for a little extra, but you will most likely be taking the bus, and if you do have a car, you can park for free at the Thorold Community Parking Lot. Try to get a unit in the new section, the old one just isn't that great and smells strange. The landlord & family are kind and helpful, and you will see them around a lot.

I lived here for 3 years and I can say that this place is one of the best student rentals I’ve ever stayed at. The building is up to date and the rooms are spacious enough for a student. The rent was reasonable and the landlord was very understanding and patient while working with me. I would recommend renting a place here, you will not regret it.

Poorly managed! If I could I would have rated Niagara Student Living with NO stars! Made an appointment to see one of the rooms (drove out of town!!) and even confirmed the day before - Hector was a no show! Even after numerous phone messages on the day of, he didn't even have the decency to return any phone calls as we waited and waited! If his no show is any indication of how he runs his buildings, then thank goodness we didn't sign a lease. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere - someplace that values your time and money!

RENTER BEWARE !! Went and saw rooms with my friend, she signed a lease and I didn't. Hearing her experiences with both the building and the landlord makes me glad I never signed. A few things anyone should note who wants to rent here: - no AC, DO NOT BE FOOLED by management saying common areas have AC ... IT WAS BROKEN ALL SUMMER !! the building is always SO HOT - no door handle on stairwell (no access) - landlord is uncommunicative, and often doesn't show up for meetings (didn't show up so my friend could give him Cheques) - 6$ to do one load of laundry

Great and affordable been here for 3 years I’ve had no issues.

It's very affordable and the landlord and his family are kind and usually very quick to respond to any complaints you might have.

14 Front St has been an absolute delight to live in! I've had the pleasure to live here for 6 months an it was a great place to be! 1. Landlord: Hector is THE best landlord you could ask for. He is very pleasant, funny and commited to you! I've never had an issue with the unit itself, but if I had questions he would provide very prompt and friendly responses! He truly cares about your well-being and wants your stay to be as seemless as it can be! I feel lucky that I had the pleasure to have him as my first landlord! 2. Amenities: The kitchen area, laundry room, and main areas have always been fully functioning and clean. I've never had an issue with any of them. 3: Environment: I've been placed on the 4th floor. This floor houses very clean and noise conscious individuals. I've never had any concerns with sleeping or cleanliness due to these individuals. I've even made a friend who held the same values I had! This is especially important if your new to the Niagara Region like I was! What your seeing when your doing a tour is exactly what your going to be experiencing when living there. If you like what you see, then you'll be a perfect match :) Overall, I would definitely recommend this to a friend! Thank you Hector once again for being amazing!

Please read this review before signing any lease. This review is on behalf of a couple of my friends who lived/ still live there. First of all, the pictures are a combination of two different buildings which are the highlights of each. Second, the prices are at least $650 to $700 (so far, they may be subjected to increase later) per room (to my knowledge) not 550 as in some reviews anymore. Loundry is 3$ for wash and an other 3$ for drying machines which is quite pricey. There is no AC , you have to buy or find an AC yourself, cannot install a window AC due to poor window design and MUST buy an standing AC and if you ask the landlord for installation you have to pay him an extra charge ($100 if I am right). The AC in common areas (kitchens and hallways) are off, you can feel the heatwave as soon as entering the building in the lobby. This place is not for students only, some unprofessional adults also live there, a friend of mine claims a family with kid(s)!!!!! live on his floor as well in addition to some people with mental and behavioral issues. You need to buy a mini bar for sure, some tenants steal other tenants stuff in the kitchen (dish soap or food in common fridges), even though there are security cameras every where, lol. Do not expect to have a clean and neat kitchen, some tenant leave their dirty and used things and dishes in the sink for days. (however the kitchen is being cleaned once a week, usually by the landlord himself or a cleaner). Parking lot is not free, 50$ per month. The building is located in downtown of Thorold, a lot of human and traffic noises are heard when the window is closed though. Move to this building if you dont have money concerns and the only advantage in this rental place is a private washroom and bathroom you have and a friendly landlord plus good access to bus stops and local stores. Last but not the least, I can see some of the landlord's relatives have left positive reviews for this place on google map (same last name) from 4 years ago when this building on 14 Front street was not built yet and is for another rental building.????????????????

An incredible place to call your "home away from home" while you are away studying at either Brock or Niagara College. The landlord (Hector) is incredible, caring, and always wants to make sure that everything is as perfect as it could be. The rooms are a perfect size with your own private washroom, and all at a reasonable rental price for what you get included. I am personally in my third year living at the 54 Front Street South building and have loved every moment of it here so far! Everything is as perfect as it could be. This is DEFINITELY the place you can call "home" while away for school!

Great location and affordable prices. The landlord is friendly and helpful, and the building safe and secure. I've lived here for a few years and I would recommend these apartments for any student looking for a place to stay!

Hector is a very kind and understanding landlord. They prices are very affordable for students. I lived there for 3 years in their old building.

My son attended Brock University and stayed in the Front Street location. The apartment was clean, modern, and exceptionally well-located next to grocery, salon, pharmacy and bus stop with about a 12 min ride to campus.

Reasonably priced and well kept. Friendly and responsive building management.
