Its a very nice place to stay when you are studying in Lambton

It is a college residence/summer hotel. For the most part it isn't too bad, the food shack is alright, having pool and ping-pong tables is awesome, the night guards are very nice, but there is a lot of rules but they make sense and are tolerable.

A run down motel changed into a school residence. Building is old and has that odd old smell, stains on the walls and doors. Rooms are different, different sizes, some with wood floors, others with carpet floors, ones with a kitchen sink, etc. You get a microwave and a mini fridge but when sharing with another person, you can barely fit any food inside. I'll recommend wearing socks/slippers 24/7 and not go bare foot in the rooms. There is ONE COMMON KITCHEN that you're supposed to share and they're old appliances, disgusting if people before you leave it dirty. It's better to rent than stay in this place as the price for it is not WORTH IT. Save your money and live with your buddies.

I like it here. RAs are kind, front desk knows what theyre doing, very few issues with appliances if any. Sharing the fridge is probably a pain, but I have my own room this year.

I lived here while working. I was somewhat dissatisfied with my treatment by the staff. The regulations emposed are restrictive and inconvenient. There is, however, a good community atmosphere among residents. If staying at the Inn, I can definitely recommend this location, due to spacious rooms and clean facilities.
