My daughter LOVES the online learning option at Oxford. She has done both in class sessions and online and she loves the fact that she doesn't have to leave the house and still gets the same guidance and help from her teacher in the online setting. Her math skills are really improving and she is getting more confident in her abilities after each session.

When my daughter first started here she struggled with math so bad that every time she had to do math she'd get frustrated and cry. In the first 2 weeks she was here she learned her multiplications tables, which she could not complete before. She can now approach math with a lot less frustration and more understanding. I have watched my daughter apply concepts she has learned in math in other areas with success. The teaching staff really takes the time to understand each students specific needs and sees to it that the student really understands what they are doing. The staff will communicate with the child's teacher so that everyone is on the same page. I would recommend anyone who has a child who struggles in any area of learning to bring them to Oxford. It will change their life and help make them more successful in school.

My daughter has learned with Oxford Learning St Catharines since the beginning of grade one. At that time, she could not recite the alphabet sequentially. She is now completing grade three, and has dramatically improved in all areas of academics. The people at Oxford have taught her not only the basics, but also given her tools to be successful at school. My niece also attends Oxford, but with enrichment activities in her curriculum.

My son has been attending Oxford Learning for about 2 years now and the change with him has been amazing. Before the pandemic he loved the center and how friendly everyone is. They all greet him by name and he loves how encouraging everyone is. Now with everything being moved to learning from home staying with Oxford has helped him keep busy during the week and prevented the "brain drain" that can happen when there is downtime from school. The classes are awesome, the teachers and attentive and professional and I love how I am always kept in the loop on how he is doing with monthly updates on his progress. I recommend it to everyone!

By far the best decision I have ever made for my girls. Emily, Kerri and staff have worked tirelessly making Oxford a safe inviting and fun atmosphere for children of all ages to learn and grow. The way I see Oxford is an investment in my kids education. My kids look forward to go every week. I love their math and language program, their learning strategies, study skills . Our daughter "Faith" who was in grade 2 at the time, was struggling with confidence at school and was falling behind. So, we enrolled her in the oxford program as per a referral we received from a friend who is a teacher in the public school board. By the end of the 5 month program and the school year, Faith was awarded the "Most Improved Student in the School" award! That's right. Not the class... the School! We were thrilled and will definitely be back I am sure of it.

If you're considering Oxford, I absolutely recommend you say YES and give it a try! Our three kids, aged 7, 8, and 9 have attended Oxford St Catharines for five months now. Not only do the kids love going, but we have noticed a huge improvement in all three kids in this short period of time. The kids first attended in-person, now with lockdown they have been going online. Both are fantastic! Both have added huge value to their education. The staff is friendly, and easy to communicate with. We rate Oxford St Catharines a raving 5 STARS! Their programs are excellent (each of our children are doing a different program) and their teachers are all fantastic. Emily, Keri and the entire staff: you have kept my kids excited about learning and ready to take on new challenges. We cannot thank you enough!

I have been going to Oxford for 5 years now and it is an amazing environment for anyone to learn to succeed. The area is homey and doesn’t feel like a school but rather a study hall of sorts. The staff are welcoming as well and don’t stop until you fully understand a concept you are stuck on. They teach you not just new material, but valuable organizational and study tools to help you far into the future and not just on the math test tomorrow. This place has been one of the main reasons why I am performing at the best of my ability and I can confidently say it has changed my life.

My daughter was falling behind in Grade 2 and became introverted /embarrassed as she could not keep up with her class. For the last 1.5 years, Oxford has not only helped her succeed and catch up to her Grade 4 class but is now one of the most confident kids in and outside of school. We also provide a safe place for the students to open up about themselves and the staff truly care about the students and we want nothing more than to see the students become the best versions of themselves. I was very hesitant as an older student to come to Oxford because I am older but they really make you feel at home, comfortable and capable. It is inclusive and they always make you laugh. They coach you through problems and dont just tell you how to do the work. They want us to succeed.

They’ve been extremely flexible and gone out of their way to make things as easy on the students and parents as possible which is no easy feat during lockdowns and covid. Along the way they were shown organization and process which they have been able to apply to all subjects. My boys don't even realize how great their tutoring has impacted their studies. Math is not my best subject but my Oxford teacher has helped me a lot. She takes time to explain the work, and she is very patient. Everyone at Oxford makes you laugh, and they always make you feel like you CAN do things, and that you WILL succeed. I recommend it to other students that lack confidence in math.

Very strong and friendly team. I like it when there is two other High School students at the table with me. Always makes me laugh, sometimes makes me cringe and never makes me have doubt in them. Tomorrow's my last day, and I'm sad that I won't be coming on a regular basis. I feel like I'm leaving as a different person, I feel more confident (something that say that they help improve if needed). I feel like I've gained a new perspective on education. I have two daughters are with Oxford learning St.Catharines for over 2 years. They have awesome programs and teachers for kids age 3 or 4 to high school. My daughters are love to learning with them so much. Couple of my friends' children have joined the program too, all of them give Oxford 5 stars. Even during COVID-19, my daughters are still keep learning with Oxford, they feel more confident and happy during the difficult time. I would definitely recommend it to my other friends。

I have really enjoyed dealing with the Oxford Learning Centre. They are very supportive of all students and set up fantastic programs to help them be successful in their areas of need. They take the time to assess new students and then tailor the programming. Small groupings allow for independence but also for assistance to be provided quickly. Thanks Oxford

I knew my daughter was smart but for whatever reason she was a bit behind in her reading. Over the summer at Oxford the progress has overwhelmed me. I left for a month and she just read me an entire book she would've had no chance on most of the words in, nevermind ALL of them. Plus she enjoyed the experience so much she wants to continue during the school year. Worth every penny and I can't thank the staff enough for building her skills and confidence.
