This place is exceptional! Good atmosphere especially if you get along with other students. Plenty of cooking space, and the landlord is excellent when it comes to helping you out!

The location seems to be in a great spot, there is restaurants all around, and a bus terminal within minutes of walking. I've lived at this place for nearly a month at this point, super disappointed with the living conditions. The kitchen is dirty in which bugs like ants and roaches are sometimes found within the drawers where you're to keep cooking equipment (roaches 2 times within 3 weeks!), which makes one reluctant to cook as they're surrounded by bugs and constantly have to clean or hide cooking utensils in rooms, in which moving everything to the kitchen from your room is another annoyance. To top it off, the internet is extremely unreliable, and at times (hours at a time!) connection to text pages load extremely slow or internet access is simply impossible. The walls are fairly thin, which means if someone is playing music or talking within their own room or doing something in the kitchen, it faintly spreads into others' rooms, so unless you have earplugs of some sort (which I now use...) even falling asleep can be a challenge! If you were to choose this place, as long as you don't mind living with bugs everywhere, and an unreliable internet, it would be a great place to live as the location is very nice and the price is very affordable.
