Great place, good atmosphere perfect for making new friends for first year students, but is very pricey(Pretty overpriced)ate up my OSAP fairly quick not really recommended for second or third year students due to price of living and first years guaranteed a room. If you're first year its great. If you're second year and up find a house you'll save a lot of money. Rooms are ok for the most part mine was really clean with almost no damage when I first walked in, but I have seen other peoples rooms and I can say I'm pretty lucky with the room I have.

Will never come back to residence or this school EVER AGAIN!!! Some of the worst experiences of my life!!! Most rude, judgemental, arrogant, cruel, stuck up people I have ever met!!!! I sacrificed so much! This year was for next to nothing!!!!

I enjoyed the residence. The colour of the rooms were all the same but the price was right and the views were nice. The units come fully furnished but you will need to being your own dishes as none are provided. They have exercise machines on the 6th floor of every building but with limited equipment.

A great base camp for a motorcycle adventure. Cheap and clean. My buddy and I shared a two room suite with a private bathroom. Very comfortable

Residence life has been great so far. Staff very helpful and polite, room is nice and comfy and enough space for one. Would have loved the view towards the hills so I can see the trees from my study desk. Most of what I need is there. I am happy so far.

Overpriced and poor management. International students are not fairly treated and are exploited financially and mentally. You are occasionally charged with ridiculous damage and cleaning charges. No second thoughts.

Be prepared to spend 40% more than the cost of a room rental. You could rent a full apartment for the same price. There are a lot of invasive rules. In addition, they will keep your deposit for 6-8 weeks after you move out. The rooms are small, it is a lottery for not only the roommates but also the people in the apartment beside you and the room condition greatly depends on the building your in: ranging from very old to used.
