My experience with Queen's was incredible. I had talented teachers and very cooperative, friendly staff. They always catered to my needs and were very helpful to all my requirements. Every class, every session was different and enlightening. I learnt a lot during my time at Queen's. I made so many memories at school, which I will cherish forever.

I Came to Queens college as International student in Computer Networking & Security. I Got proper attention from my professors and the environment was so good, everyone helped me with developing my skills. All things enriched me with polishing my basic skills of Computer fundamentals, CCNA, MCSA and much more. Finally this helped me clearing my CCNA certification( 210-060) and becoming officially CCNA certified. Thankyou all for help and especially my Instructors for motivating me.

The teacher's are amazing! Underappreciated for sure. Rick, Jamal, and the other small course teachers they have, all were great and personable. They care about the students. The admin staff.... this is the reason for the 1 star. The main admin staff guy named Shan... I have never seen someone with poorer customer service skills. It's ALL about the money. I took a few courses here and could not believe the way he spoke to students; except if you had a cheque for him. He is rude, incompetent and knows nothing about the program he is in charge of. The one staff member they had who the students could stand was 'let go' i heard. and he didn't know what he was talking about but he was nice and understanding. Shan has talked badly about some students to admin staff and has no idea those students know. Mrs. Zhang is a very nice lady who unfortunately doesn't see Shan's poor skills. She has a lot on her plate but needs to realize her students come first. She tried and had good customer service skills but Shan overrides that and brings the ENTIRE program down. I believe your in the program for 10 months, I ended up leaving because of the repetitive nature and bad attitude of some. It made the students negative too. Great networking and volunteer opportunaties though, sometimes the school was fun.
