I have been disappointed with TRU Open Learning. I had hopes with them as I had completed my Bachelors Degree at TRU. My open learning program was post-poned when i was in the midst of my course meaning i was unable to complete it on the original timeline. I was not contacted or informed that my courses would be under review because they were out of date. I am disappointed with how they handled it and feel that they have been inconsiderate and disrespectful of my time.
