I purchased a 2016 Cadillac ATS in Nov 2020, Unfortunately 4months later I had a major breakdown in the vehicle, not knowing there was still warranty on the vehicle. I called Mark right away, and he said he would see what he could do. Very shortly his service dept called me and assured me there was powertrain warranty on the vehicle and not to worry. I had a great experience this winter with Gananoque Chev! I live in Kingston and needed new winter tires. I love that they offered complimentary pickup service and I didn't even have to think about it. When the men arrived to pick up my car on a cold morning, my battery was lagging and they suggested I call to get it looked at while my tires were being replaced. Sure enough it failed the battery test and they went on a hunt to source the correct battery for my car. I was corresponding with Rick, the Service Advisor, and he was super communicative with me every step of the way and I felt very well taken care of. Will definitely turn to them for future services!

The service I received did not stop as soon as I signed the bill of sale, but rather they noticed a small issue on my new truck and took the lead and brought it to my attention and promptly fixed it rather than waiting for me to bring it up. We Recently brought our 2019 GMC Yukon XL there for an oil change, 150 point inspection and a parking sensor was gone. They were very friendly and checked everything with a fine tooth comb. When the vehicle was returned, they performed a courtesy wash and VACUUMED the WHOLE truck. I really was surprised as we were leaving on a vacation and it definitely required a cleaning. My Experience with gan chev olds and melissa pierce was above and beyond what I had expected. There was no pushing me to buy or look at any vehicle I wasn't completely happy with.To find the perfect truck for me with the options I wanted was a chore I'm sure (even after I turned a few down which she had suggested as a possibility haha I'm pretty stubborn and stuck on what exactly I was looking for in a truck )but she stuck through it and was always happy and cheerful when we spoke never pushy which I find alot of dealerships are. Overall it was a very good experience and I highly recommend melissa and gan chev if your looking to purchase a vehicle
