I took 6 lessons and the road test package and passed my ICBC road test on the very first try! Dave was an excellent instructor who had pacience with me as a new driver. I highly recommend this program for any new/nervous drivers.

My fiance was getting lessons from Elite and had a very bad experience with him getting agitated, frustrated and cursing during a training session, making her so uncomfortable she no longer wanted to get in a vehicle with the man. We paid for 2 packages, driver training and a road test package, and she completed the driver training part. We asked for a refund on the road test package 2 days before the scheduled road test and were refused, the only explanation given was that it was "too late and didn't make sense to cancel now" and "I've already fulfilled the contract, sorry". He then called ICBC and cancelled the road test, even though we asked him not to, so he provided no service to us at all and even went out of his way to inconvenience us, along with keeping the full fee. My fiance posted a review on Facebook of her bad experience, which was then shared on multiple groups as other people came forward with similar negative encounters. Since then, Elite has gone to the RCMP claiming he is being harassed online, changed his posted cancellation policies, threatened the group admins on Facebook with lawsuits for defamation, slander, etc to get the review removed, asked friends to post reviews on Google to artificially boost his ratings and is now posting on his page that businesses should beware of "opportunistic customers" who will try to scam them... EDIT : I don't think I can respond directly to the owner's reply, but we did make our complaint privately to him first and if he had responded "appropriately and professionally" there would be nothing posted and everyone would have moved on. Instead he decided to start a fight with a client over a legitimate refund request that was within his cancellation policy and was due to his utterly unprofessional behavior. Also worth noting that his reply on here is polite only because he can't threaten Google with lawsuits to get a negative review taken down.

Very disturbing to see that someone paid for driving lessons and the instructor was on the cell phone while the female student sat at an intersection, obviously not knowing what to do, until horns started honking. Very unprofessional behaviour and dangerous to boot ! certainly not where I will send my child for lessons. A big FAIL !!!

I failed in my first attempt in my road test. I drove in the Philippines for 18 years. Driving in Canada is quite different. I got lessons from Elite and passed my road test. Dave taught me in easy step by step lessons. I found him to be very friendly, calm , and patient. I would definately recommend Elite to anyone wanting lessons learning to drive.

I would recommend Dave to anyone needing driving lessons, especially those coming to Canada and requiring a Canadian driver' s licence. Successfully get class 5 license today. Really appreciate Mr. David's standard, prefessional and practicable instruction and training. I have more than 10 years of driving experience outside Canada but Dave pointed out which of my habits was not appropriate or not match the BC rules. His targeted lesson can give the most efficient way to have you digest the knowledge and make it practicable on the road as well as pass the road test. As a person of kind, polite, humor and with a background of former ICBC examinor, Mr. David and his Elite Driver Training School suitable for both the ones who is newly on car and the experienced drivers who want to legally drive in BC.

Horrible !!! This man does not know how to drive let alone teach he should have his license pulled !!!! I witnessed him to commit a hit-and-run well trying to parallel park.

I'm a former student of Elite. I purchased the 6 lesson package and the road test package and used Dave' car for the road test. I passed due to the excellent instruction that I received. Dave was always helpful with all my questions and very patient in teaching me even when I continued to do the driving wrongly. Thanks to Dave I got my N licence. Anyone looking for driving lessons should call Elite. The money spent for the lessons was well worth it!
