Heartland English School in Mississauga is the best thing happened to my English!!) I've been there twice. First was with a group of students from Ukraine and it was the most incredible 3 weeks in all 2018! I was in level 4 and despite the lessons were almost whole day it was a great time! The teachers are always super happy to be there and you feel this friendly atmosphere every time you enter the classroom)) I do enjoyed FRIDAY activities too, they are usually super fun!! My second time was online during quarantine:) And I actually love it!! We had ZOOM lessons every day and that was an enjoyable experience! 4 weeks spent with my group were full of information, new friends and lovely morning talks with the teacher! We also had online tests each Monday and presentations each Friday, i think it was even more convenient to do everything online rather then in a class)) Can't but mention FRIDAY activities!!! They were online but still very exiting:) I'd love to be back one day!! Heartland is like your second fam:)))

Never ever choose this location for IELTS. Worst service. It took almost one month to get my result after ielts. Now, Its been 7 weeks since I took my IELTS and yet not received my TRF form. No matter howmany phone calls you do, they will have have only one answer "Its due to COVID". Won't even try to investigate your issue.

Imagine writing a test with a headphones that cannot adjust, gives you a serious headache and to add to it during the test your computer shuts down plus when your answering some questions its not going through. Lastly when you call to complain about it they play like they care about situation but they don't. You will probably get a email stating there's nothing we can do about it because they think your lying unbelievable

I was a student at Heartland last year and I have tried a few differents schools here in Ontario. From my experience I can definitely say this school had a great learning environment. The small classroom sizes made for a great teacher to student ratio. Everybody was so friendly and it felt like a big family. I would definitely recommend this school to anybody wanting to learn English.

Never Ever take an IELTS test here. It's been 18 weeks!!! since I asked for a refund and they never gave it to me. Also, in English center no one can respond to emails coherently, friendly and without mistakes. Disgusting customer service. I had to file a complaint to customer affairs because it is just a scam.

When I found the name Heartland, I had no idea what was the meaning, now after 1 month studying here I understood. It is the Land of good hearts. Kind people who make you as comfortable as you at home. They are not just teachers or employees, they are friends that you can count on. Not only with the studies matters, but also as a visitor. To take the bus, the good places, how to deal with some issues. They really love to do what yhey do, this is the most important quality of a worker to do a real good job. It is amazing Feeling part of this family, I will have wonderfull memories of this time, and real friends are forever. It is a good location, you can go easily to Toronto, to the Heartland Town Centre (with a lot of good Stores like Tommy Hillfiger, Winners, Reebok, Best Buy, it is like an Outlet), to the Square One Bus Terminal. The school is getting bigger, with new rooms, new students every week. I think it is a half of a floor in a Business building, but in some months it will be the whole floor. The classes and the teachers were amazing, I learned more than 50 words during these 4 weeks. I will recommend to my friends, for sure!

Heartland school is awesome!! I highly recommend that u can choose this school to study English. Moreover, I will give u some reason why I love it so much in the following. First of all, the school isn't too big, and that mean the class group isn't too big either. Therefore, heartland provide amply time and chances for u to talk with teacher.(for example, there were only 8 people in my class.) Certainly, the more time to speak with teacher, the more u learn faster. Second, there is special activity on every Friday, such as skate, farm, movie, taking boat and local events. They really spend a lots time to plan the activity, and I really had fun there at that time. Third, the equipment isn't so bad. For example, There are microwaves, refrigerator and sofa in the common room. Furthermore, there is projector in every classroom. Fourth, the teacher are not only nice and professional, but they also very patient. All of them have huge enthusiasm for teaching. They love u to ask questions and very glad to help u to fix ur problem. Nevertheless, the classes are very flexible. The classes will be adjusted according to the students' requests. For example, if there were more adults in the class , the teacher would like to teach something more useful, such as writing resume. They teach which really needs for students. I like heartland school, and I had wonderful time there. (*˘︶˘*)

I was pleased to attend this school with my family for two weeks, to learn and improve our skills with the English language. It was a very pleasant and fruitful period, the whole school team worked hard to make our stay and learning the best possible. Our family group was a little different than they normally receive school as students, have two daughters 9 and 12 years, but still every chance we could see the commitment to integrate the day-to-day school. We were sad only for the short time we had scheduled to hold the course. strongly recommend the school to anyone interested in doing the course in English in a friendly environment, ethical and very professional.

I studied in Heartland around 12 weeks from March to June. Since the first day, everyone in school was so friendly and easygoing. I had the opportunity to meet new friends around the globe, I was so amazed by how we could share out feelings and cultures with just one language, English. Writing about classes, I had the opportunity to attend classes in the classroom and online. Classes at school were so entertained with active dynamics and games, teachers were so patient and gentle with me. Online classes were more difficult but teachers always tried the way to make them attractive and enjoyable. The staff and the teachers were amazing and there was students from all around the world in every classroom. I had studied at Heartland for 2 months, and was able to spend the best days there!! Heartland isn't really big school so every student, thecher and stuff knows each other very well. Everyone is like a Heartland family member. I was able to practice to communicate in English even during a break time or after school. Moreover, school facilities are quite good. Students can use the microwave, refrigerator, sink and kettle anytime. And you can drink coffee or tea as much as you want. Not only students but school stuffs enjoy lunch time in a nice lunch room. I really loved to spend time there with my friends. Finally, you can definitely study in a class that fits your level. There are 5 classes at Heartland. If you can hardly speak, read or write English, teachers will support your learning according to your level. On the other hand, If you want a high level class, don' worry, level 5 class is pretty difficult I think. I strongly recommend you to choose Heartland. You can absolutely spend a great time there!!

I think that Heartland English School is a nice school to stay with and improve your English skills. For me it was a place where I found IELTS preparation class as well as different levels of difficulties which allow you to manage time and study more efficiency. This school has a good team of professional English teachers who are always willing to be flexible for any personalities and levels of your language skills. On the daily basis, you will find that classes are clean and well equipped. Also, school has a nice rest room with comfortable sofas combined with kitchen where you can get a free coffee and some snacks. Furthermore, they provide you a good internet access via WiFi. In addition, they are organizing some special activities out of school on Friday as class time in order to make learning process even better for you. After all, the price for your study here is a reasonable low compare to other school around GTA. Overall, I hope that my little review is helping and you definitely should give a shot and try this school.

I really miss this English school. I studied for 3 months here in 2015. Thanks to kind and professional teachers. I could start working in 2016 after improving my English during the 3 months of amazing learning experience . It is clean and equipped with nice facilities like wifi, sofa, kitchen, and etc. I think, best of the best is Friday Activities. It is a grear english school! Very close to Toronto, the location is perfect! It is very easy to use public transportation, there are 3 differents bus stop in front. I love all the people that works there. The teachers are great! I really fell in my family. There are a lot of restaurants and shops just in front, like: Tim Hortons, Subway, Dollarama, Swiss Chalet, etc. For me everything is perfect!

Good location and friendly school. The location is good because you can go to Toronto easily so you could practice English with international people in downtown Toronto. And you can study English that native speakers speak generally, that is really good to study abroad. Teachers and stuffs are very friendly and they care about your life in Canada. That school is really warm. (They have free Wi-Fi, a refrigerator and microwaves)

The world is simply made of feelings and how good or bad we feel about some experience we have had. Learning Englisg at Heartland I just had one of the most important experience I could imagine, I don't see myself as a normal student, I am not very patient to the learning process but what I met at Heartland was a mixture of teachers very well prepared to support all types of students, kind staff and an indescribable atmosphere that really facilitate the learning to me. I love this School with all my heart! More than learn a new language, as foreign we need feel comfortable while we are learning it and with Heartland's environment definitely it was the key factor for me to improve as much as I could. I would define them as experts teaching English with a plus of LOVE while teaching.

Heartland International English School is an amazing institute that helped me to accomplish one of my biggest dreams, learn how can communicate myself in another language, English. All the process was incredible. I love this school, all the people that helped me each day and all of my classmates that were trying to accomplish the same goal. Here, you are going to learn not only how to communicate yourself in another language, but you also are going to learn how to interact with other people, respecting other opinions, cultures and differences. During my learning process, I experienced online and in-person classes as well, and everything was pretty good. I didn't notice a difference in online classes. The institute does an amazing job during these classes, trying to keep each other talking with our classmates, doing different kinds of activities with all of the different levels that they have and always putting the interests and objectives of the students first. My experience at Heartland was absolutely superb! I had an opportunity to improve my English everyday comfortably. The teachers ,Paula,and Michael were very kind and helpful. This school isn't big, but you'll be able to stay in the homely atomosphere You can enjoy an activity every Friday , and you can know about Canadian culture and explore the city Especially ,Thanksgiving day wasmemorable!
