I wish that the board and the committee of register read this that you talk about professionalalism , but in fact you have to keep in mind that morality is the main creteria of professionalism right? What I experienced that some dental hygienists who are instructors lie and used their authorization as instructors to make fake documents to hurt some students and charge them for their educational background just because they were dentists.... imagine how cheap this profession is who involve these samples of instructors.
