Very nice place to stop for a coffee. Could someone explain to me why in the restrooms of McDonald there's no paper towels, or disinfectant for your hands has you go in and out? When there's no towel to wipe your hands and to hold the handle to open the door. What's the use of cleaning your hands!!!

Double check your order before leaving... You can repeat the order 100 times and they WILL still get it wrong. And ordering ahead is great but they will still mess up...just double checking it All. Last time I was missing a burger and fry and toppings we asked for removed...

Its beyond ridiculous the number of times they've messed up my order in the past 12 months. No less than 8 times I had to call and report the mistakes. Who has their delivery truck come to bring supplies at lunch time and shut down the drive thru? Then after waiting a good 20 minutes inside for a quick order (a couple mcdoubles, fries and cokes) I get to the truck and double check everything... They have charged me $2.19 each for my drinks when it is dollar days and should only have been a dollar. By the time I went back in for my money back and got the food home it was cold. Not a very good experience

I've been to a few dozen McDonalds, from Victoria to Kingston, and this is easily the worst one I've been to. It's so bad I haven't been back for over two years. Nearly every single time I've gone through the drive-thru something is missing or something is wrong with the order. I remember when this particular Mcd's opened decades ago, it hasn't been a good experience for over 30 years. The problem seems to be the young people they hire couldn't care less about doing a good job and seem to be far more concerned with gossip and what they are going to be doing on the weekend. I really feel sorry for the older workers who have to deal with these petulant children.

3 times it took to get an order right ,all asked for was no pickles and mustard on a regular hamburger. Also the place is filthy and the building is in disrepair shingles falling off the roof.

Multiple employees wearing masks under their mouth. When asked to put on correctly they complied. However 10 seconds later is was falling under their nose again. Asked again and told them they need to sanitize after touching their mask. Employee raised their voice at us. Asked for manager and he immediately raised his voice and banned us. Absolutely the worst customer service. Never returning.

Value has seriously gone downhill. This is no longer a cheap and fast option for a meal. A family if 4 costs $50 to feed. For an extra $3-4 per person you can go to a real restaurant and eat a much better meal that doesn't leave you hungry 30 minutes later.

One word......DISCUSTING. This location is stuck in the 80s. There's shingles lose ready to fall in the drive thru. Inside is dirty and old. Their grease trap smells like rotten fish and the bathrooms are unusable. They never have anything to drink besides pop. The health board needs to be contacted.

From big city lights to small town joys... What can I say. I've never tasted food so fresh. Honestly I'm from out of town. From a city of 550k I frequent mcds more than I like to admit (especially with the all day bfast and working nights). My experience was greeted with a friendly and genuine (I might add) experience. I see a few complaints here. Listen guys. Voice your concerns... And they will I assure you turn your experience upside down. This community wants to please and satisfy every costumer from every walk of life. I will be back... I will frequent. And I will not complain that my thermostat in my car isn't working to which results in room temperature food from a DRIVE thru. Go figure that my meat (which holds in a holding tray in presume (yes I worked in fast food) is room temperature by the time I get home. I'm sorry but if they wrapped it in foil you'd complain that the food was soggy... Honestly come eat here and enjoy some mcds the way it's meant to be. Fast fresh and delish. Where else are you going to go? Go cook yourselves a meal if you want to complain... Or better yet speak up and they will right there wrongs (as the costumers always Right!!!....right?) This location aims to please.

Haven’t been to a fast food joint for some time as the food is terrible and prices even worse. Decided to try the spicy chicken they are advertising lately. Got home to find it a disgusting mess. The patty barely covered the bun, ( the commercial shows the patty bigger than the bun and 3 times thicker than the real thing), most of the “sandwich” was filled with lettuce. Will never visit a fast food “restaurant”, and I use that term very loosely”, again. My wallet and my overall health deserves better anyway.

The back door to the inside nearly knocked me off my feet. The bathroom/every door has no automatic door button. For a place directed at seniors, it's not disability friendly. Also, the highchair was not clean and didn't have the usual cover on it with a bib or anything. They are so cheap they change extra for sauces and their fries are never cooked consistently. The staff is so so and I always get an unwelcome feeling from here.

I definitely would not recommend the place to anybody.My son and I both had stomach issues and the service stunk. They don't serve salads in the winter, they didn't have orange juice, fish and I truly believe our food was precooked and it was cold. We had issues getting vinegar and my mother asked to get vegetables on her hamburger and they gave her 1 pickle. If I could give less than 1 star I would.It was a terrible experience. I will never go back!

Absolutely the worst McDonald's location I have visited in Ontario. I think it is due to the lack of choices in such a small town that people just put up with the nonsense at this location. Constant wrong orders and mismanagement. Managers should encourage employees to strive. If the managers don't care then why should the employees?

This McDonald's is OLD, and sometimes not very well maintained. There's been a big, awful pothole at the very entrance to the drive-through for YEARS, and if you hit it, it could potentially damage your car. Be careful! (The folks working there are great, though! Guess they could be incentive to go in to the restaurant to see them, and avoid the Pothole of Doom altogether that way)

Service is alright. Manager always likes to fight about your receipt if theres something wrong with your order. I ordered 2 Ranch Chicken Snack Wraps and there was no ranch dressing in both wraps, went up to the counter, manager had a stink, and told me she needed to see them first. So I brought both up, showed her, she had another stink. Didnt coach or do anything to improve it, just gave me two cups filled with dressing to put on myself.
