A member of their faculty assaulted a student (my sister), and essentially kicked my sister out of classes, instead of reprimanding the instructor. A week later they realized what happened and allowed my sister back to school, fired the teacher...NOT before making my sister pay for another semester in classes she had already paid for. AVOID AT ALL COST

A wonderfully welcoming environment. At this campus, it's easy to see why everyone is so cheerful. There's a strong sense of community that is demonstrated among all here. I wouod be suprised to walk in without being greeted by at least three to five people friendly folks.

I was feeling very lost and stuck as a high school dropout. I inquired about the CSW program and they were very helpful in walking me through and getting my loan organized. I am half way through my program and even though it's all online for covid I'm feeling really good about it (I actually prefer it) and all the staff are lovely. Shirley makes the CSW program super interesting and cares about her class.

Love this program! My teacher went above and beyond to help me in my education. She was kind, encouraging and supported me every step of the way. Definitely would recommend this program to anyone wanting to become a VA.

Sprott Shaw college is an amazing place! The teachers they have are very nice and help you when you need it most, doing classes online are easier than i thought it definitely helps when you have a great teacher. Sherry.M was an amazing teacher for the VA class she made it very interesting and easy to learn everything in the time period, plus she was always there when you needed a hand :) I would definitely recommend going to this college for courses !

The early childhood education program at this campus is phenomenal. The instructor, Gail, is supportive, patient, and generous with her time and experience. Some of the classes are challenging, but Gail works hard to break everything down so each student is fully supported in reaching their potential. She uses hands on examples and assignments that encourage you to reach a deeper understanding of the material and practical experiences ensure each student is capable and confident applying the material to their practice in the real world. She is so passionate about the knowledgeable, caring practice of childcare and it is contagious! For anyone who hopes to have a career as an educator, and to feel like the work they do has value and contributes to the healthy education of young children, this is the place to be! You will finish your program feeling prepared, supported, and ready to move into this career. The campus itself is great, it is small and comfortable with lots of one on one support with fantastic and knowledgeable staff, from finances and loans to resume and career prep, they will help you from day one until you land the job you want! I am so happy I made the decision to attend, and a year and a bit later, I have a career I love. Highly, highly recommend!

Don't shop or park here! We were ticketed $65 for parking in the lot for only 55 minutes. Apparently the lot has a 45 minute limit. Shopping here is not worth the risk of a nasty parking ticket.

Very bad customer care! Receptionist was not able to answer even a single of my questions! I asked her about duration of an ECE certificate course and she said she knows nothing and asked me to take appointment with academic adviser for all those information. Huh!

My experience with Sprott Shaw has been great. Even though the classes are conducted online due to covid, our wonderful instructor Shirley ensures we have the best learning experience as possible. This is by far the best decision I've made. I highly recommend.

If you are thinking about going back to school I highly recommend Sprott Shaw, they walk you through everything to get you started and my instructor is amazing. I wasn't sure how it would be doing online but I actually prefer it. I am so happy that I decided to do this.

Tina is the director of this Abby campus, and she is such an awesome, thoughtful, compassionate and kind (I can go on and on) person. She genuinely cares and wants the students to succeed in whichever field of work they decide to choose. I recently came to know how kind hearted she was when I happened to leave my book in class before spring break. I was very worried that the school was going to be closed for the week so I emailed her and she immediately got back to me. Long story short I ended up getting my books back in time so I could study during the break all because of her! I wont ever forget that. She's a good person who makes the vibe of the school so positive and a great place to come and be apart of every day!

I have graduated with an honours diploma from the Executive Office Administration Program. I had a great experience with Sprott Shaw College, I found my instructors were very thorough with the material and easy to talk to. All the administration staff were very friendly and easy to work with. Especially completing my diploma during a pandemic using a new online platform, they did an amazing job making sure we had everything we needed and that we were set up for success. The experience of having different instructors for each class has definitely prepared me for working with different managers and supervisors in the future. Thank you for preparing me with all of the skills that I need to move forward with this new phase in my career. I would absolutely recommend the Sprott Shaw Abbotsford Campus for anyone looking to go back to school. I’m looking forward to working with the employment advisors and possibly taking advantage of the refreshers courses in the future.

Lucy Loo (Lucy)

Unorganized school. I went there for the ECEA and the teacher they had Gail, was very unprofessional. She rarely replies to emails and when she does its unprofessionally wrote. She wastes time in class talking about her personal life. I paid to learn how to encourage children's development, not to learn about her. They also have a no phone policy which is ridiculous, it feels like you are back in high school.

I have many great things to share regarding Sprott Shaw, I have recently completed the VA course and couldn't be more happy with my experience. It was an opportunity to learn, and interact with new people! My class mates were so kind and Sherry my teacher became an inspiration, always there when we needed help and tought us valuable information while making the experience fun and memorable! I would highly recommend going to Sprott Shaw College if you are thinking of going back to school, they will welcome you with open arms!
