I applied to this college recently,and after few days of getting offer letter, I've got an email which was insisting me to do pay my tuition fees as earlier.however ,it was not possible for me do so! Causing consistent Hollidays in my state, i couldn't practically do the bank transactions. I send an email to the college for asking to extend date of deadline.a day later i was informed that there has been no seats left to access with new students. Please stay away from this college. You will thank me later. They will give you admission, you pay your fees and suddenly for absolutely no reason, two months later they will revoke your admission while your visa application is still pending with the consulate. I lost lots of money due to their mismanagement. I know at least 17 other students from India who went through this horrible experience with St. Clair. Find a better college who value their student. Please spread the word so that other prospective students don't become victim of this college. I hope someone from the college management/trustee sees this message and fix this major issue in their admission process.

I had been suffering from illness from last 3 days and I tried to call almost everybody on the list of st Clair College but the call just go through the voice mail who so ever I called so I think that's unfair coz we have paid 4 times more fee than the canadain students and when there is time to give back they failed several times so I will never suggest anybody to choose st clair college coz of their worst sevices. That is really astonishing coz how u guys can do like that after taking more than 30,000$ dollars for a course that I dont think was reasonable. U guys made us empty our pockets now we r dying for our health and you guys says it's not our concern anymore . REALY SHAME ON ST. CLAIR COLLEGE ????????

My sister got an admit for Jan 2022 intake. we paid fees in April 2021 to secure seat and we got Letter of Acceptance. We applied for visa on Aug 5th 2021 and got visa on Oct 8th 2021. At the same day I got an email form Poor and unorganized St clair college that My Admission has been REVOKED due to VISA REJECTION even i got my visa on the same date and time. There is till almost 3 months timeframe to start my study. I am way ahead in my visa process. I already wasted one year to get into this amazing course, Again, I don't understand, why I should wait for one more year, due to the gross negligence of the St. Clair college admission authority and senseless admission policies. Here some of my personal suggestions to any future applicants: 1) Wait for better college admit, Dont go for this college as they are giving you admission first and will REVOKE at last moment EVEN IF YOU HAVE VALID STUDY PERMIT.

Had a absolutely awful time here. The staff is unapologetically racist. I was at the bookstore and over heard the people working there and security refer to me and my friends as “blacky” and the N word on more occasions then I care to name. All of these incidents were reported to higher ups and even the Dean. I was reassured the situation would get taken care of (nothing happened of course). I was even was called the N word by security IN FRONT OF A FORMER PROFESSOR WHO PROCEEDED TO TURN A BLIND EYE! Would not recommend this place to anyone terribly racist, DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU ARE BLACK!

They allow so many international students to come into the school to the point where there is more international students then students actually from windsor. And all the international students live in student housing which is relatively in one area so more often then not you will be skipped because the bus is filled with INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS. The campus was nice to look at but the acumen stadium I found very offensive by them playing racist inappropriate music before the cjfl football game. It was also inconvenient that part of the concession stand was in a different area. The fans that attended the game from the college that were cheering for the fratmen were extremely rude and showed not one ounce of sportsman like conduct.

They will send the offer letter to anyone who applies for any course irrelevant of their background, even though they have limited number of seats. Later after you paid for your fees and Visa application, they just revoke your offer letter without any specific reasons and send another one for the next intake, even though there is plenty of time for the Visa process. Nathaniel Veltkemp did confirm this with me during an email conversation. When I told him there is still 20 days left and my Visa is under final process, how can you cancel my admission now?!, he responded and his exact words were "First comes first serves", how stupid you have to be to make this comment?!! SO, AVOID THIS COLLEGE AT ALL COSTS!

My little brother got accepted into the college. He shows up at the dorm he paid for, and was told they had given his room to someone else, and they "don't know what happened." They still haven't returned his deposite. Then, at his orientation (after finally finding somewhere to go) he's told that the course he's signed up for is full as well. He's defeated, and wants to give up now, all because this college is so poorly run, so poorly organized, and he was left out of the things he paid for, and they just "don't know what happened."

My friend got offer letter for sep 2021 and applied for study permit. He got rejection so he applied to defer his admission.he got offer letter for jan 2022 intake but without prior notice they revoked offer letter for winter 2022 intake and asked him to take refund. Now my friend wants to put refile but because of st Clair pathetic management he would not able to do so. And they are not even offering option of defer. Now he has to take full refund which will be lost of lot of $$$ and time. Please take some action on this if they would not then I would advise not to take admission in this college. Save your self.

As an international student from India intending to pursue my further studies at your institution, it is really disheartening for me to know that before the final outcome on my study permit application, the college revoked my letter of acceptance stating that my visa was refused. How can the college decide on my study permit application status even before I receive any legitimate response from IRCC on my application? Apart from me, the agency from where I have processed my application, has 133 students who are facing the same fate and I am certain that you would have received emails in huge numbers where the students have cited similar concerns. This is no less than playing with the future of the students. Also, the deadline for SDS visa application is 45 days away from the date of this email. We have still submitted our study permit application and is under process; how can we submit our visa copies at thus point in time? It is seriously not in our hands to get the status on our study permit applications on our own.If the college is facing issues regarding the final availability of the seats, why did you offer us the unconditional letter of acceptance in the first place? The students are in a serious state of turmoil because of this decision of the college. I request you to kindly look into the issue and work in the direction of reinstating our letters of acceptance at the earliest.

The management is distrustful. They have hidden costs in everything. You have to buy labs to get 20 % of your marks. These labs don't work properly. Coordinator says he couldn't do anything and the instructors says he couldn't either and boom, you just lost 20% of your grades and 200$ like that. This is one of the worst system of management you could have offered. Coordinator is extremely rude and unhelpful. It's just a college set up to make money and nothing else. They don't guide you properly, even some professor are non qualified to be professors. They don't reply to emails and take the students so lightly as if it's just their job and no one's future is dependent on it. People are failing the course because professors are unable to communicate to the students and students are not guided at all. They just assume that students know how it works and it's figuring stuff out along the way attitude which has costs students a lot of money for not being able to pass the course. They always keep on changing the systems and updating online facilities so no one could figure it out properly. There are no timely announcements by the professors on blackboard and no instructions on how this works. Better find a different college soon as this is not a college where education is prioritized but it's someplace where the organization makes money.

Their resources during covid-19 pandemic are absolutely horrible. Finding assistance for anything has been an absolute nightmare. The switch to online classes was terrible and it is impossible to find proper accommodations for those who do not have the proper technology. Yes the labs are open but people who are high risk or have high risk family members can not afford to leave to enter a public lab. So dissatisfied and disappointed. Edit** Second year after pandemic and the online schooling this college is offering is terrible if not worse. if you're thinking of applying just save yourself the money. the online schooling is not worth the tuition!!

I was super disappointed that I took time out of my day to leave work early so I could be prepared for classes starting less than a week from today. However I was unable to purchase my parking permit unless I wanted to pay an additional fee for part of another month. Instead I have to try and squeeze getting my parking permit in between 7:30 when the office opens and 8am when class starts. My other option was to risk getting a ticket and they will just clear it later? I was trying to be prepared and organized and this is neither.

They still have scheduled in-person classes, when rest of canada has online classes for colleges and schools and the corporate sector also work from home. Covid is spreading widely everywhere, but they are not at all concerned about student's health and safety, will they be responsible for taking care of students who are staying alone away from their families ? Why to ask students to come in person when you can teach them same skills online as well?

Cheaper option compared to the University of Windsor but you get what you pay for. 1st year classes are mostly a joke with only the most basic topics being covered. Like most schools, some teachers are amazing (shoutout to Carson Siu literally being the reason I passed Networking 2 & 3 in the same semester) while others are about as lazy and bad as can be. It's also a growing problem that international students are receiving special treatment as I've witnessed first hand students getting their grades bumped up so they can pass while their excuse is they "work too much" even though international students can only legally work 20 hours a week in Canada. And don't even try to get a quick and understandable response from anyone in the administration. It takes multiple emails and weeks of waiting to get a simple answer to anything. I simply can't recommend going to St. Clair College unless you live in the area and it's your only choice or makes the most sense financially. I can't vouch for any other college but I hope they are at least a bit better then this one.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at an institution. I paid for a course by mailing a cheque, which their registrars office confirmed they got through a voicemail which I have as recorded proof. Further more, I was told that I would't be allowed to take the course if I didn't pay. I took the course after their registrars office told me they got the cheque and enrolled me in their program. After I took the course, I was told that I "had an outstanding balance of the amount of the course." I contacted the registrar office employee who confirmed she had my cheque. They would no longer take direct responsibility for it and wouldn't confirm that they told me they had the cheque. I was then told by someone in the same office that I needed to come to the school and pay again (even though they lost a cheque that they originally confirmed they had and wouldn't even take responsibility for losing it. Keep in mind this cheque has all my personal banking information on it. They expected me to waste more of my time, when they were the ones that made a HUGE error and couldn't even take responsibility for it.

This the worst international college I have ever heard of as they take huge amount of money from the international students for the Letter of acceptance and then cancel the course and don't return the money to the students as they done with me the management is that worst people I have ever seen that they take money in the name of LOA and after giving the LOA they cancelled the semester and say we will not return the money is they are doing something like a international business scandal in which they take money from the students and cancel the semester and don't return the money the whole management and the CLG persons look thief's to me as they taken my money and when I mailed them and write on twitter they don not respond like they never seen them I want my money back from thee thief's college.

I rather send my relatives and friends to a college where atleast the management has some sense to talk,behave and know how to converse in the professional and nice manner. The Manager of International Students affairs. Nathaniel Veltkamp closes the door front of many other student saying let me give these guys SOME SCHOLING and upon closing the door tell u to GET OUT when you go to him with a genuine health problems of student and call it an excuse. On the top he threatens my ward that I will make sure you do not get transfer for next 2 years saying your face has STUCK to my mind. Living in Canada for last 6years and talking to thousands of people of different trades, skill and management level no one has ever treated me like this. If someone has self respect please DO NOT take admission in this college and if the review really matter and college management really care about their reputation Mr. Nathaniel Vetkamp must be given atleast a written warning of his professional misconduct and behavior he possees with students who go to this college specifically as international student trusting the management.

This college allows people who are NOT even qualified to be teacher to teach and ones that are incompetent. The vet tech program is good example, the program coordinator is useless and worst vet tech I’ve seen. She gets corrected by first year students. When she doesn’t like you she pushes you out. I didn’t even fail the program I was almost done until her and her boss decided to make up a lie to push me out. The school did nothing but believe then WITHOUT proof. What a waist of money and time I spent there!!

We are in strange times with COVID-19 but the service from the Registrar's Office has been inexcusably awful. For the tuition I'm paying I should be able to get an email answered w/in 24 hours not a week. There's no one to call to get help all you can do is email and hope that maybe they'll answer some of your questions after about a week of ignoring your email. The process of trying to transfer credits has been a nightmare for me and others and I've heard it's always been this way. We weren't able to even access Blackboard for our courses which are online now until a few days before classes began which led to so much confusion and panic for students who are now struggling to catch up. Trying to find any information like even a campus map has been so much more difficult than it should be. The college needs to get its act together especially now with their COVID-19 accommodations. I'm really not one to write negative reviews but I have been so disappointed and frustrated w/ the service I've received so far and am beginning to regret my decision to enrol at this college when I had other choices that made more of an effort to offer support in the admissions process.

They harass international students!! One of my friend got admission for fall 2021 intake at St. Clair college. he pays all the fees by the time and also got PPR letter then real face of college is starting appear they mail him, your application has been revoked as of seats are full for fall 2021 intake. my question is that why college give a offer letter to all student who apply for intakes? they have to provide only that amount of offer letter as seats available. It's really disappointed decision that have made by college authority. It's really unfair for whom paid all the fees, get their visa. I would request college to make sure that this kind of behavior is not acceptable.

Do not go for St Claire. They are big FRAUD. We have applied for January batch almost 6 months before. They issues the offer letter and asked to deposit the fee. We fulfilled all the requirements and then submitted the application to the embassy. But St Claire revoked the offer letter in December by saying that seats are full. How is it possible to issue the offer letter 6 months ahead of the batch start and at the end revoked it by saying seats are full. It completely shows their fraud. It was their business to issue offer letter, collect the money for issuing offer letters, revoke the offer letter and then deduct big money from the fee as well.

If I could give rating in minus I would probably even do that. Management systems has been terrible here. Beware if you are an international student. These people do not process things legitimately. My friend has just got an email from the college saying that his application has been revoked due to visa rejection. The point is his visa process is yet to be done. He has finished paying his fees and GIC and biometrics is booked? I mean is the college resource an IRCC person? I think they should be a bit more resourceful here. Being an international federation risking someone's career. SHAMEFUL!

I have applied for mys sister in construction project management in St.Clair, first application was on Sept 2021 intake. After paying tuition fee they revoked the course to Jan 2022. Now after we submitted the visa application for 2022 winter intake, we got another letter saying course is revoked for Jan 2022. she can't even apply to other colleges as most of the colleges are closed for winter intake. She is almost wasting her 1 year, how can a responsible college could do like this. I have being calling the colleges literally every day, send email to registrar... but no response. How can a reputed, responsible educational institution could never respect the time of a student.

They still have scheduled in-person classes, when rest of canada has online classes for colleges and schools and the corporate sector also work from home. Covid is spreading widely everywhere, but they are not at all concerned about student's health and safety, will they be responsible for taking care of students who are staying alone away from their families ? Now they are saying that they sent us mail few days ago for some form filling but that mail doesn't have any condition that you have to do it by today it self else your admission would be revoked. Institution of discrimination. As a graduate of St. Clair, I'm sad to say that I no longer feel proud to be an alumni. My daughter attends currently and the policies are constantly changing and outright discriminatory. $8500 in tuition for one year to have my daughter feel segregated and demoralized. Extremely disappointed by the management. I have a friend who is from India and has applied in the college for Data Analytics program for winter 2022. His fees and GIC were paid before the deadline and the biometrics were still pending. He has not yet applied for his visa and still got a rejection mail via college asking him to take back his fees as the visa is rejected. How come they decided about the visa process where the file is yet to be processed? Extremely shameful. I hope the college does something about this as IRCC also needs to know that how these institutions process. TERRIBLE!

Zero stars. Been here for 3 years, school is a joke. Takes 10minutes to log onto a computer just for it to not have a printer. Entire basement smells like BO. Pathetic management. We are paying lakhs of money to book the seat but still we feel insecure for our paid seat. My brother filed the visa and paid the 1st year 16000 cad to secure my admission. My brother applied for data analytics for business and suddenly before a day my brother received that your program is revoked and we are initiating the refund because of unavailibilty of seats. If you do not have seat then why you had accept our fund. If you do not have seat for January 2022 intake then you must have to accomodate to May2022. But your management is so bad that you are not able to accomodate any students. Save your impression. Save yourself. Hopefully, you will selflearn something from this and if not then you must get a lesson from god.
