If you are looking for a college that cares about you as a person, and not just you as a student paying money for an education, Notre Dame College is the place for you. Ten years ago, I went back to school to obtain a teaching credential. NDC had just begun the TEEL program in Youngstown, and I was among the members of the first cohort in that program. The education I received was top notch, and the personal attention devoted to me and my classmates is something I haven't experienced anywhere else. I owe my success as a teacher to NDC. I recommend it highly for anyone interested in a quality, higher education experience with a personal touch.

Administration is awful. They will lie to you to get your loan money and then give you false paperwork to find ways to fine you to steal even more money. They try to find ways to keep you there longer by not offering enough classes to graduate.

Toutefois, à la fin de l'année, il n'était plus question de bourse et j'ai reçu une facture de 6800$. Le Collège m'a endetté au-dessus de mes moyens en utilisant ce stratagème de me faire croire à une bourse. On m'a rendu un piège, participer à me séparer de mon enfant et refusé de respecter mes droits parentaux. Comment voulez-vous que je recommande une telle école?

Visited there with my son a few years ago. Definitely walked away with the impression that the agenda is more about religious indoctrination then about Academic education! Students seem to be strongly rooted in their religious ideology and less excited about their academic studies at least the ones my son and I spoke to!

Overall a low quality college. There is nothing positive to say about NDC, with the exception of the professors who I did feel were great. However, a degree from here is not valuable, there are low graduation rates, and there are not many resources available for students. There was black mold in the dorm room ceilings and multiple students had STD's during my time here. I transferred out as fast as I could. I highly encourage high school seniors to look elsewhere.

Absolute shame! Not sure how this "college" is still up and with a clear lack of staff to support students, many staff (not all) are not qualified to support the students they serve, the campus is puny, and a lack of standard college facilities... it almost feels like one rung under what would be considered a baseline college experience. Last year they lost over $2 million and are looking for refinancing options but have been denied. There are SO many other good college options nearby in Northeast Ohio, look elsewhere. TO MANY RED FLAGS! HORRIBLE graduation rate, beware!
