The representatives who call you back to answer your questions don't have any information. Their role is to set up an appointment with an advisor to sell you on their program. They couldn't answer the most basic questions

Beware of scam with books. They charge you hundreds of dollars for books you would get at the end of the course and you would have to return.

Never would recommend this place. When I'm done I'm waving them goodbye and never going back.. Don't trust anyone at herzing college.
