La plage horaire pour la remise des travaux n'a absolument pas d'allure. Les énoncer de projet ne sont pas cohérent et clair. Beaucoup de professeurs ne donne pas de notre de cours. Les didacticiels ne sont pas actuel et très endormant. Bref, juste du négatif.

Sercice des admissions excécrable!! Ma fille est inscrite pour un DEC depuis l'été 2021 pour débuté à l'hiver 2022 en commercialisation de la mode. Son inscription est payé, nous attendions avec impatience son horaire de cours. Quelques jour avant Noël elle reçois un courriel d'une certaine Maria nous avisant que le programme ( hiver) est annulé. Maria étais supposé communiqué avec ma fille pour lui proposer de changer de programme. En date d aujourdhui 23/01/2022 PERSONNNE NOUS À CONTACTÉ!!???? J ai envoyé plusieurs courriels....rien J ai téléphoné plusieurs fois....rien Je suis allé sur le chat....rien. Maintenant tout les cours sont complet et ma fille devra attendre à Septembre 2022 ( 9 mois) pour débuter sa 1ere session. Cette situation est complètement innacceptable et reflète un grand manque de professionnalisme des gens aux admissions. Nous avons payé 200$ son inscription et je peux vous dire que le Collège LaSalle ne nous a jamais proposé un remboursement suite à l'annulation de la session d'hiver. Un D.E.C qui coûte 19 000$ env et pas plus d'accompagnement que ça de la part du College LaSalle. Une plainte sérieuse sera logé aux incompétents du département des admissions! Maria et une dénommer Abdellah seront 2 prénoms que je mentionnerai dans ma plainte! J'èspere que le College ne se cachera pas derrière la Covid pour défendre ses erreurs. Nous vivons tous avec la situation de la pandémie depuis 2 ans .Le Collège à eu amplement le temps de s'y adapter. J attends avec impatience une réponse au TÉLÉPHONE de la direction.

They literally just took my application fee money and never told me if I was accepted or not, despite me calling a few times and then telling me I should "hear a decision soon" I have good grades (good enough for university) and applied way in advance from the deadline so it makes no sense. I can say that if you even think to come here and study. Studying or learning things from this college is absolutely terrible, I do not assume all professors. Some of them are good, but mostly... you know!! My friend tried to contacted her coordinator even advisor in order to figure it out two not to have two extra semester even last semester she had a conversation with them and to re-arrange her schedule for her to catch up her graduate, but the answer of the current coordinators and advisors is "NO, NO, NO, and NO". In addition, I had had experienced it myself, but luckily I graduated in my country as a Software Engineer. i have done some equivalences for some courses in order to catch up my graduate.

Honestly i love the college but all the teachers are not organized. They are all part time teachers and they never take a class serious and before any test they do not prepare you at all. La personne au libre service d'imprimerie m'a demandé 1 dollar pour imprimer 2 feuilles, la semaine d'après 5 dollars pour ces mêmes feuilles, les semaines suivantes ce sera combien ? Pareil pour les livres obligatoires, un budget d'environ 300 dollars, ce serait utile de le préciser avant la rentrée. Gros point positif cependant : des professeurs géniaux, à l'écoute et avec beaucoup de pédagogie positive.

I took the real estate program at Lasalle College 3 years ago while I was completing my Bachelor of Commerce concurrently at JMSB. I had a great experiece at the school. I found most teachers to actually care about the students' understanding of the class material - particularly Tony Iaizzo who was my appraisal teacher and introduced me to the EVP and managing director of the company I have been with for the past 3 years. No institution is perfect - however at the end of the day it's about providing students with the tools necessary to achieve success. This is something everyone can obtain out of their experience if they are receptive.

I reached out to them saying I had cancelled all my fees, their response was that they gave me a 1 year insurance WITHOUT saying anything to me, because the one I had was expired. VERY disappointing. Have been here for the last 5 months and the experience has been amazing! Teachers are great but there are a few exceptions. The management is also friendly and helpful at most instances, the library is also good and the courses offered are well structured. Would have given a 5 star but there are always areas where a place can improve. PS. To the people posting stuff like "I didn't get offer letter" in the reviews, how about you email the authorities? Won't it be better and more efficient instead of ruining the college ratings and providing irrelevant reviews?

If you would like to have a quality experience in a clean and well kept environment, LaSalle College wins the award for best managed institution. The cost of attending LaSalle is worth every dollar; The building is spacious and spotless. The bathrooms are always clean and stocked. The classrooms are well aerated without ever being over capacity in numbers of attendance. The students are all well kept and presentable, some even are exceptionally stylish. Nobody at Lasalle college comes in wearing the same old sweatpants and dirty hair in a bun for a week... like most other colleges I’ve noticed this to be a common thing and it can be repelling. Who wants to wake up and shower and put in the effort to make it to class only to sit in a room with 40 other students who came in their pyjamas and possibly haven’t brushed their teeth? Unfortunately that is the case in most public or lower end colleges and even some universities, which is a pity and ultimately a turn off from the desire to remain committed and show up every day. The professors at LaSalle College are passionate about their courses. They visibly enjoy discussing the subject of each course. They truly wish to engage and connect with the student body. Unlike other colleges where professors may feel neglected by their students which in turn makes their job dreadful instead of joyful and subsequently they lose interest in giving their best discourse, which is unfortunate.. leaving everyone disappointed. LaSalle College is evidently managed by a team of exceptional coordinators who clearly take into account every aspect of the student body’s experience as well as choosing educators who are not only specialized in their subjects but have a stand out quality about the way they teach, how their programs are organized in proper sequence and most importantly their apparent knowledge that teaching isn’t simply giving a discourse to a small audience — Teaching is an art in itself, it goes without saying that LaSalle College makes the effort to discern and hire professors with real talent. This is in turn, is the ultimate highlight of LaSalle College. The experience is meant to be inviting and exciting, the notion is that learning should be fun. It’s impressive to know and feel that the investment students make in their education is rewarded in more ways than one. I even wrote an email to one of the advisors after speaking with him on the phone and although it's been over a week, he has still not responded to my email. LaSalle College. I met good people there, and made really good friends. Some of teachers i have great respect for. However , there aren't that many good teachers in LaSalle. Most teachers are not that very good at being virtues and are not very promising. I do agree with many that this is a money making scheme, because they overcharge not only Canadian residents but also the foreigner who have to pay more than double than that. So best choice is go to Dawson, you pay less and you get a degree. If you are a foreign student, good luck in that school.And get all the information about the Canadian education system prior going to LaSalle, so you don't screwed over.

I am graduating from VFX program and video games and I do not recommend college Lasalle / Inter-dec. The school is only interested in your money, the administrative service is to be desired and the courses are almost unstructured. For knowledge, some students even ended up without a teacher for a duration of 1 session at a cost of $ 6900 ($ 9000 for people coming from other country) without compensation. Several guarantees and offers are offered by the college at the beginning of the program .. (all lies). I am from India and they have appointed Bhavish Bagga and Nakul Goel as Recruitment Heads for the Indian subcontinent. First of all the process of submitting documents is via email. And these two person and not giving proper reply. No email is mentioned on website for help. I called them and they told that for India these two will handle all matters. Worst experience EVER! La salle College was a nightmare for me and other people who were registered for the last Fall term and just found lots of mess and lack of respect to the students (after pay the registration fee and the tuition of course). They are quick to contact and respond to your request when you initially show interest in the college but once they get you money it becomes impossible to get in contact with anyone. No phone call returned or emails answered even with a lot of problems in the class and the methodology of teaching. The college says on the website the programs are offered in English AND French, but Teacher doesn’t respect the language of the program we choose, and started to talk in French creating a very uncomfortable situation, or even sending emails with mixed informations hard to understand in both languages. They Accepted more students than they informed us during the first contact. So, no enough computers or machines doesn’t working and many other bad experiences. My only regret was not quit it during the first week of the course as two or three students did before me. I’m free now and just feel bad for the rest of students that are still there trying to make it work and struggling with a lot of problems and ignored messages. The College clearly cares about money ONLY !!!

I took the fashion design program at Lasalle college. I loved my teachers and friends but the school itself was a disaster. The administration is one of the most unorganized, unprofessional ones I've ever come accross. They often forget that their students are also their customers, so instead of instead of delivering the services you paid for, they just brush you off, ignore you, and treat you like a 5 year olf or a charity case. With very few exceptions, they're super rude and , for the most part, incompetent. I had to wait 4 months AFTER MY GRADUATION to get the diploma I'd already earned and paid for (the whole thing was only supposed to take 2 weeks). When I came to pick it up, I was pretty much told that they had no time for me! To put it simply, they only care about money. The teachers are great, but keep in mind that this program puts a lot of emphasis on the technical stuff like sewing and patternmaking, as opposed to the more creative/academic side of fashion. Skip this school if you can't look past that

I have noticed the reviews here are a bit contradictory, half says it is great and the other half says it is terrible. I have started the application process as an international student and will be updating this post with my experience. UPDATE: Extremely unresponsive. Advisor never replies appropriately to my questions and asks very irrelevant questions. I have been applying since the beginning of July. Advisor was a little responsive in the beginning but now he has stopped replying completely. My application is still ongoing and I have made every step they asked me to and I have never went through such an experience with any other university/college. I’ll keep updating about my experience here even if my application is finalized or withdrawn. UPDATE: I have been trying to apply since July. Advisor stopped replying . I probably should have took people’s advice and not apply there. My advisor’s name is Aziz Kasbaoui in the admissions office. I have been waiting for a reply for more than a month now.

I gave 2 stars simply because of my "teachers". I put teachers in quotations because they are actually instructors. (This wasn't known to us before after the second semester.) None of them studied to be a teacher and it often shows in the way they "teach". I have however learned a lot but if it wasn't for them i would give 0 stars. For the price we pay, and given the current situation, we would expect to be kept up to date concerning the solutions in place for the students, and at the very least get our schedules in advance. None of this is happening + we are expected to show up to school, 5 days a week, and be all cramped up together in the same class(we are a class of 26)? It is managed very poorly

My visa was refused by embassy in the mid of January. However applied for refund on 23 January 2019 but got refund in the end of May. Waited for such a long time. I was scared that college will refund my money or not. Moreover, that money was issued by bank as a loan and rate of interest of each month was approx 7000 .Faced big loss due to lasalle college. We have being waiting for offer to join college in September 2018 intake but there was no replace from cllege after taking the complete amount. Later on we got ready for january 2019 intake but till now there is no update from college regarding offer later. WORST APPLICATION EXPERIENCE EVER !! My sister who lives abroad planned to study in College LaSalle. And she chose this one despite all those bad comments. If you are an international student please DON'T GO, it takes them years to reply to your emails, and they don't give a damn about your immigration concerns. I am amazed by how unprofessional they are in the International Student Department.You can hardly get hold of someone who is knowledgeable, they'll just brush you off. You can tell they only care about money when they are quick to respond when it comes to you giving them MONEY! For the price you pay , it actually doesn't worth the hassle! My sister and I decided that it's best to call this application off. It's been dragging for months now... and we'll ask to be refunded for this huge admission fees they needed for us to get an admission letter! Wish us luck !

Horrible teachers and liar staff. Some teacher suddenly told us there were no class 10 mins before it started. I faced the situation three, four times in a semester. Then I asked the staff how much could I get back if I didn't finish a year. She told me it's about 400 something, yet I only got 200 back and they denied to admit that the words they ever said. Not even an apology. Just kept refused to admit. Worst teachers and staff I ever seen in school.

I am a student here since January of this year. I am perfectly bilingual and I even sent a MIO to ask whether I could obtain a part time job at the college, since it would be more convenient for me rather than working at the airport. No reply whatsoever from them... French being my first language, I have applied for equivalence(having already the TCF-(Test de Connaissance du Francais) in my possession and having passed with flying colours. Still, my application was rejected. I have tried explaining that it is imperative for me to work(thus asking for equivalence to have less courses) part time so as to be able to meet my expenses as a student, but it's like they don't want to hear about my problems. I will soon apply for equivalences in Accounting(since I already did the ACCA and I already have a diploma, plus I was an Accountant for 5 years). I do have my hopes really high... Je dois admettre que je suis très déçu par la manière dont l'admistration marche ici. J'espère que ca va changer car j'ai encore 3 ans à terminer. I must admit, however, that some teachers are very good and comprehensive. Rafaella, Ralph, Graeme, Carlo, Cindy are very understanding, they have been here whenever I've had anything to ask. The Service Emploi on the 6th floor, as well, is very good and helpful.

I am extremely disappointed how their customer service handled my situation, they basically cancelled my program one week before I was supposed to start, I couldnt logged in to my omnivox and NO ONE NOT ONE PERSON contacted me that the program was cancelled. I had to call and contact them asked them why I couldnt logged in to my omnivox and the agent took forever to respond and was very unprofessional. Afterwards they decided to contact me via phone and the admin was also so unprofessional about the whole situation. Me and my group mates are taking the online AEC course. There were some issues with the classes organization and now with the beginning of the new (our third) session it's been a real mess. The tutor hasn't appeared in our online session for 2 times, in general 3 classes have been canceled and we haven't got any message or apology from the college, just been waiting for 30 minutes for a tutor to appear. The administration doesn't do anything to fix the problem and doesn't offer any refund or discount although we don't get the service for which we had paid. Hi, I am a third year student in the Fashion Marketing program at LaSalle College Montreal. During my three years at LaSalle, I have had the opportunity to work with amazing teachers that have a true understanding of the fashion industry. Most of them have work directly in the industry and still do. Throughout all the events that the school hosts, we have the chance to meet amazing people and make great contacts for the future. My favourite class was Fashion Presentation in my second year, where we had the chance to organize our own fashion show. My teacher Andrew McNally, journalist for the Journal de Montreal and stylist, was a great teacher for that class and really transferred his knowledge to us. He was accessible all day and night and his dedication showed in the success of the event. Having a big interest in event planning, that class was a great experience for me and I learned the real struggles and thrill of planning that sort of event! For my final project, I was chose in the ENTREPRISE team. ENTREPRISE is an annual event featuring the Fashion Marketing Graduates of LaSalle College. This event showcases our best and most creative business venture ideas presented to prestigious members of the fashion industry. I have worked hard for the last two years to be accepted in that team and I do not regret my choice one-second! Once again, I am working with my team in close collaboration with Andrew McNally and Yolande Nesseth. They are guiding us in creating this major event and their knowledge is something that we will have with us forever. They share with us their experience to make us the best that we can be and I am truly grateful for that.

I am in Hotel Management at LaSalle College. This place is a money scheme! I attended this college for 4 years and it was the utmost waste of time. There are rules as per every school, however, all they want is for you to fail and come back and pay again! Forget about being late, even by 30 seconds or you will have the door closed on you and told to come back the next hour. I travel an hour and a half to get to school to lose an hour of my education and being marked absent for 30 seconds. The ones working in administration are lost, they don’t know their a** from their elbow. They never answer the phone. If you have an urgent issue, don’t even bother going to see them, their every excuse is “this is the rules of the college.” They constantly modify the program so they add more classes to your schedule each semester so that you have to come back. I can speak highly and respectfully of maybe 3 teachers in my whole 4 years of attending LaSalle, the rest should not be teaching at all. We pay thousands of dollars to attend this college and we can’t even get decent WIFI to do our work. Forget about WIFI, the computers all over the school were maybe installed in 1950, by the time you turn the computer on and it’s loaded, the 2 hour lecture is over. I was not the best student, however, you should not waste your time at this school. They have nothing good to offer. After I figured out that I will not be working in a hotel for my career i still decided to stay in this program because of the time and money wasted. Huge mistake! I have gained zero experience or knowledge because the teachers do not even teach the modernized techniques, they teach us history of the hotel industry and they make us work on hotel softwares that are not even existing in hotels in 2018. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do NOT consider this institution! They sell themselves well but once you’ve paid your registration and admission fees it will be a miracle if you will ever be able to communicate with them again. No one answers the calls nor returns messages or emails. I saw the previous comments but just could not believe that-of a CEGEP in Quebec .I thought that those reviewers were possibly exaggerating. Boy was I wrong! Oh you’ll get a student ID,and even a schedule for the semester. You paid the tuition fees just a week prior but then once the first week is in progress they announce that the program is postponed for another few months! They use the excuse of COVID but then how come other programs are still offered in person or online? So now they have the initial payment in their pockets… money you must consider whether to ask for a refund (good luck!) or keep it in their coffers only to be possibly tricked again? Life is difficult as it is during COVID times and people don’t need this kind added stress. In conclusion, do not waste your time or money. The lovely recruiters/guides who are personable and return your emails and meet you in person are not representative of the school. If you are lucky your program choice will not be cancelled/postponed. If that is not a risk you are willing to take then heed the advice of other reviewers and stay away.

DON'T GO TO THIS SCHOOL! By far the WORST school in the world. The administration is EXTREMELY disorganized, nobody knows what they are doing (except when it comes time to pay your tuition they do whatever they need to do to get your money) On my first day, I went to the office to ask for my schedule, the lady came back and said that unfortunately my class was cancelled because there weren't enough students. After lots of frustration I choose a different course, by the end of that course I was told that I wouldn't get a diploma for it because the Ministry doesn't accept my high school diploma. I graduated with the top grades in the class, but no diploma. After that course, I went back and did the course that I had originally signed up for. This course went well for the most part. I had many run-ins with the director because of my previous course and not getting a diploma for it. Basically I asked for my tuition back and she refused to do anything for me. I took it to lawyer and thats when the director told me maybe she could help me out in some other way, such as being able to use the school's studio and classrooms whenever I wanted, or even a possible job. Either way, that's not what I wanted so I didn't take any of it. I finally dropped the whole thing, and never got a penny back. DON'T GO TO THIS SCHOOL!

Early morning courses start at 8 am sharp and if you're a couple minutes late, they tell you to come back in an hour leading you to miss an hour of course material from a foreign teacher who can't speak proper English or have no idea what the course material is. Administration and program directors give the out most worst experience when in contact with them. I remember being in that Romanian guy's(program director) office trying to figure out why I wasn't able to take certain courses even when they were offered that semester and I had the prerequisites for that course. I wasn't a great student but I had friends who were and they still had to pay extra because the college postponed certain courses for them to take after the 3 years was done leading you to graduate later and paying a sum odd number for another semester. I also got a call one morning on my way to class saying I was kicked out of the school because I haven't payed my tuition, when in fact I gave them post-dated checks and when I arrived to class, the teacher didn't let me in. One teacher actually told the class, he doesn't give a f**k about the course material. He told us he had to much on his plate and did't want anybody contacting him about the course and assignments. When I was signing up for summer classes, they only offered me 1-2 courses when in fact there were 4 courses I could've taken but for some reason i was not able to take them. All they had were excuses.... they create excuses for you to stay longer therefore paying more. One program director of the business management department just couldn't communicate with me, he was literally grunting and speaking very broken english, then he called his supervisor and that guy couldn't even form a sentence. I have more and more stories but all-in-all it was the worst educational experience. I learned more in High School.
