Ça m'a prit pas loin d'un an de gossage au téléphone, annulation, cédule en double, erreurs de cédule, déplacement inutile. Je pourrais en parler longtemps mais en gros ça fini avec un bourrage de crâne de 45 minutes dans une piece vide, miteuse en rénovation, pas de pupitres, pas de notes, pas de crayons...juste un "prof" avec un modèle à coller dans ses mains qui tente de vous expliquer les différentes commandes et comportements d'un avion....Après Boom! vous êtes maintenant "Pilote" il est temps de volé. Vous embarquerez probablement comme moi dans un avion au siège déchirer des années 70 à carburateur pour 30 min de vol. Vous ne conduisez vraiment pas l'avion car vous n'avez rien assimilé du "cours" mais on vous laisse tirez un peu sur les commandes et maintenir une altitude etc....Bref sauvé votre argent et faites autre chose. Si vous avez déjà prit l'avion dans votre vie...vous ne manquez rien.

I recommand this school and if your doing a PPL or going toward CPL...even if yr from other schools a U.S. cross country is defently a good experience to have .

(Translated) Be wary of the Promised Video. I received a "Pilote d'un jour" internship with a theoretical training and a 45-minute flight. An interesting experience with a few flats: for the training preceding the flight, it's a little to the good franquette, without documents or structure or clear objectives. A little too much waiting (pause pee, checking and adding oil in the engine, other handwashing break ....) There are several monitor, probably I have not "fallen" on the best! As for the flight, it's still interesting when it's a first experience. I was surprised to see that the planes are so "old", ie the late 70's or early 80's. That sounds like Harrison Ford's "Seven Days - Seven Nights" with a little bit of awe when he saw the Wear of doors and seats! During the flight, very few explanations (not a lot of jabbing), enough that I questioned the fact that the video cameras that filmed us were working or not. In short, they did not work, I learned several weeks later. Having known I would have at least taken some pictures. On the other hand, the experience was not sufficiently "exciting" for me to insist on repeating the flight in order to have the video (as agreed by contract and paid in advance). However, the company reimbursed me the equivalent portion of the video. All in all, if you have not always dreamed of holding the wheel of an airplane, the amount of money can probably be invested in a more enjoyable activity. (Original) Méfiez-vous pour ce qui est du Vidéo promis. J'ai reçu en cadeau le stage "Pilote d'un jour" comprenant une formation théorique et un vol de 45 minutes. Une expérience intéressante avec quelques bémols: pour la formation précédent le vol, c'est un peu à la bonne franquette, sans documents ni structure ou objectifs clairs. Un peu trop d'attente ( pause pipi, vérification et ajout d'huile dans le moteur, autre pause lavage de mains .... ) Il y a plusieurs moniteur, probablement que je suis pas "tombé" sur le meilleur ! Pour ce qui est du vol, ça demeure intéressant quand c'est une première expérience. J'ai été surpris de voir que les avions sont si "vieux", i.e. fin des années 70 ou début des années 80. Ça fait penser au fllm d'Harrison Ford " Sept jours - Sept nuits " avec une petite crainte en voyant l'usure des portes et sièges ! En cours de vol , très peu d'explications ( pas beaucoup de jasette ), assez que je me suis questionné sur le fait que les caméras videos qui nous filmaient fonctionnaient ou pas. Bref, elles ne fonctionnaient pas, je l'ai appris plusieurs semaines plus tard. Avoir su j'aurais au moins pris quelques photos. D'un autre côté, l'expérience n'a pas été suffisamment "excitante" pour que j'insiste pour répéter le vol afin d'avoir la vidéo ( tel que convenu par contrat et payé à l'avance ) . L'entreprise m'a cependant remboursé la portion équivalent au vidéo. Au total, si vous n'avez pas comme rêve depuis toujours de tenir le volant d'une avion, le montant d'argent pourra probablement être investi dans une activité plus agréable.

Pour avoir magasiné les écoles sur la rive-sud, c' est pas mal la moins chers et le service est très bon.
